BooksRun: sell used, old or new books & textbooks for Android
Sluggish on handing over the money they owe. Amended their first payment date back in December to tell me I would get a check by Jan 24th ... JAN 26TH and still no money, and no number to call. My account however shows I was paid on DEC 27th. Frustrating for a college user who was planning on the funds arriving reliably.
Wouldn't sell any of the books I had. Don't know what yhe point was
Very bad experience with this app. Totally time wastage
It took a while to receive payment but I'm still happy and satisfied. I got the amount I wanted.
Good things happen on this app
Offering to little for the books
Works great
SCAM! They want to BUY my book for $15. They are SELLING the same book for $160. I'd rather burn the book if I get cold. I placed a separate order for a $50 book and received a confirmation email and my Credit Card gets charged. I then get an email saying it was cancelled and to place the order again. I go look for the book I had just ordered to see that it was now $163 in less than 1 hour 300% jump in price. THE STOCK MARKET DOESN'T EVEN MOVE THAT QUICK. Bait and switch.
Your better off with BookScouter, they rejected most of my books and will barely give me anything compared to BookScouter that accepted ALL my books!!
No thank you with crazy new vulnerable permission requests that are unnecessary and unexplained and sensitive for minor ui changes. I call birdseed! Will be telling reseller community to uninstall asap!
Great company, fast payment A++ Service
Sucks I scanned 5 books and not excepted
Book buy back apps are a huge scam, but that being said this is by far the best one I found. You can probably make about 12 times as much money selling books online individually yourself, but you will also probably spend about 25 times as much time doing so. If you are in it for the quick easy buck, than this app is the way to go.
Fast and easy to use
Good
Cool app, very helpful
First I was told one price, then I was told another price that was lesser. They claimed three out of the four books was damage, which was not. Then once I accepted the change, in was told I should receive a check within 1-4 days. Wrong, I received an email saying it will take up to 20 days before I receive a check. I put this order in last month on the 12th. I will never use this service again
Easy app to use. Great for college student like myself! Will use again.
I received full amount that I was quoted. First time using booksrun and I will use again. Everything was quick from moment they received the books to payout.
Literally NONE of my books were "accepted." I scanned 20+ books, all "not accepted." Edit: "We wish you had a positive experience," seriously? Maybe don't be awful. What kind of a months late response is this, anyway?
None of my textbooks were accepted but the Grammer book was wtf
Easy Money!
Very nice!
They don't accept very many books
No sellers or buyers
Easy to use, easy to get paid and a slick interface too!
Easy to use and I've never had any problems with BooksRun. They are fast and reliable.
Very nice!
Quickly paid fair price for may textbooks. Will use again.
Booksrun made this whole experience very easy. From the prepaid label to the quick payment. I will definitely tell my college friends about this app!
I loved the service I received. It's my first time using this app and service was quick and efficient. I will definitely use this application again and recommend it to my friends. Please continue to keep up the good work
Great textbook buyback app! The whole process is smooth and simple.
Great app, buy a lot of different books
They don't even accept none of the books I even scanned and the ones they had they wanted $1 now why would I sell a book that I paid $200 for a $1 when you most likly sell it for way more

Seller's beware!! I shipped a book in great if not excellent condition in a cardboard box for books. By the time my book was processed it mysteriously had water damage and the quote was cut in half. My fault I was so busy trying to ship it that I didn't take pictures. Lesson learned.
