Book of Enoch Free for Android
The Book of Enoch (also 1 Enoch) is an ancient Jewish religious work, ascribed by tradition to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah. The Book, written during the second century B.C.E., is one of the most important non-canonical apocryphal works, and had a huge influence on early Christian beliefs. It is filled with hallucinatory visions of heaven and hell, angels and devils, Enoch introduced concepts such as fallen angels, the appearance of a Messiah, Resurrection, a Final Judgement, and a Heavenly Kingdom on Earth.
We first learn of Enoch in Genesis (Genesis 5:18-24) but it leaves us with questions. Hebrews (Hebrews 11:5) has the answers and Jude quotes Enoch ( Jude 1:14-15). How did Jude come to know the words of Enoch? They are not in the Bible. The answer of course, is The Book of Enoch. A book which is actually quoted by Jude in the New Testament. The following statements is a strong defense of Enoch, hence, why you should read this book:
1 – The bible says that Enoch walked with God 365 years before God took him alive into heaven.
2 – The book of Enoch prophesied of the coming messiah the “Son of man” who would be the Savior of the world.
3 – The contents of the Book of Enoch validate the bible, before the bible was ever written.
4 – Peter and Jude both quoted favorably from the Book of Enoch and called Enoch a prophet.
5 – Enoch was not quoted once, but at least 2 times by different prophets. In the bible, all God’s prophets reaffirm one another. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.
