I absolutely hate this app. It is unclear, unnecessarily complex and I can barely use it. It got a bit better with the last updates but stil waaay behind Airbnb app.

Good calender and guest information. Delayed notifications, I find my daily report is from the day before, and the message service doesn't show messages sometimes. But easy access to important info

I like the app, it allows me to check the availability in real time, to see the reservations and to manage the prices. But there are aome bugs, like the fact that sometimes not all reservations are shown and it doesn't allow you to put restrictions on rooms.

I do not like the updated bookings tab because you removed the calendar feature which allows me to see the very whole outlook of guests that previously stayed with me that I need to manage and review should there be concerns. I hope you put it back to the way it was before because that function is very important to me.

It's just a useless app for me at this point. I've had to sign in many times on booking and and this pathetic app count verify me and worst of all I couldn't even place facilities and press next it's useless,spoilt my day

Easy to close rooms. But not able to find earlier guest bookings thus cannot make modifications on the app.

I can't update popular facilities and it doesn't let me push next button. I want to be a host.

The app works fine but it needs to work on the notifications. Sometimes I don't get notifications from reviews until 5 or 6 hours have gone by. Quick replies re necessary!

I'm concerned about a few recent issues 1. Discovered on a particular date my property was showing as having 13 more rooms than I actually have. 2. Received a booking cancellation today, guest was advised I cancelled it and I was advised that the guest cancelled it when in actual fact neither of us had cancelled!!!!!

The simple interface is very helpful to manage bookings on the go.

Better now since the last few updates but would be better if you can close rooms/days off rather than reducing each room to 0

Very innovative application, well designed and efficient in use. It made my life much easier in past couple of years. Highly recommended:-)

Things have been fixed but still calendar is pretty useless

When I share to the booking of new room with my staff it dose not send them the check in and check out dates. This needs improvement.

The new calender is very hard to understand....

Its ok. Was better, but they keep messing with it instead of building up from the good one.

Good program for control business

Provides convenient access to bookings, i would like to be notified about meal reservations before guests arrive and not on arrival.

Since the internet is very slowly,sometimes non-existent here ,(until messsges reach the inbox) pulse helps me quite a bit,especially the last minute bookers.Also the overall view helps.
