I purchased a book. The book site did not mention it was an e-book, else I'd have rather bought it on Amazon as a Kindle version. I had to download this app yet I cannot read the book I purchased. It's been an hour connected to my WiFi and the download within the app has not gone beyond 0%. Alternatively, I did open it from their website on my laptop but the format is terrible. It's not proper e-book. Each page is a chapter and the reader must scroll down all the way till the book ends. There is no refund option.
