This is the worst app ever. I've been dealing with this for years now. I can't donate any more of my time to do a full review. There are so many things wrong with this thing. Seriously, get some help with this thing. Talk to the people at Square. See what they are doing. Never had these problems with any other apps.

How can I check my schedule if the app glitches constantly!?! Not sure what time my first client arrives today because the app won't open. For that matter, neither will the regular site. I want to love this company. They appear concerned when we contact them but their technology isn't dependable on the end of the clients or the therapist. Thoroughly frustrated.

Takes forever to load, always randomly deleting my appointments, half the time I never get text messages showing where an appointment was scheduled or deleted. If my company didn't use this app for business, I would never ever use it. I do not recommend using this app. Definitely needs some fixing!

Crashes all the time and is very VERY frustrating when trying to cash clients out and look up notes and important messages. Dont invest your time, money or effort in this app. Only thing thats good is that you can use it on your phone. Its slow, glitchy as hell. Causes more headache then convenience. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the last update it stops working at the most inconvenient of times (which has been a problem for a while.) And now it keeps asking me to input my log in information after I ask it to remember me. What's the point of that feature? Very glitchy app since day one. Even the website is unreliable. Seriously in the talks to go with a different scheduling provider.

It's much easier to use than before February 2017. Thank you for the updates because it's easier to use. For those of us who like our calendars to run Monday through Saturday, can you change the calendar? I am not happy that in order to use Saturday, I can only get the calendar to run from Monday to Saturday.I don't work Sundays so it would be nice if the schedule was accommodating me from Monday to Saturday.Thank you.

This app is terrible!!!! If I could rate it zero stars I would. It takes to long to load, always having error messages and hate that I have to log on so frequently and have to wait again for it to slowly load.

This app is ok but I wish we didn't have to log in everytime...don't understand why it's still not fixed so when we open app it goes straight to today instead of logging in and seeing sunday.

I love how easily my clients can book, change or cancel appointments. My clients are so happy I switched to online booking. I'm busier due to the convenience of online booking. You can also track revenue on the app.

Please make it remember the log in info. Only holds it for a few hours. When you're at work you don't have time to put in all the login information!

I hate this app. It often shuts down unexpectedly. My schedule is rarely ever accurate. And i can never see all of the services that my salon offers. Even on a desktop the system is unreliable at best. Needless to say we will be switching programs

This app definitely has some bugs to work out. Sometimes it tells me I'm open on days that I'm not, or. sometimes cuts my days short on days that I'm working. In which case, I log out and then log back inand then is fine. But, what a pain. Sorry booker!but you need to step up your game across the board! Even your desktop program fails.

This app always messes up my schedule. On a desktop/laptop my schedule will be correct, but the app completely changes my schedule. Shows that I am working my off days and my on days i cant schedule appointments.

It only loads your schedule during operation hours if you have a Samsung phone. Extremely aggravating!

I keep getting double text for every appts and every cancellation! Please fix this issue, I'm the only one at the salon but they all have iPhones. I have a Samsung S7 edge
