【健康手帳の機能】
・データの入力
　血圧、脈拍、体重、体脂肪、コメントを、午前・午後に分けて記録が可能です。
　また、身長・性別データを設定しておくと、BMI値と肥満度判定が表示されます。
・カレンダー
　データ編集を行いたい日付を直接指定。また、入力された血圧、コメントの有無が表示がされます。
　フリック操作で表示月の遷移が可能です。
・グラフ
　入力データを折れ線グラフで表示します。
　全日・午前のみ・午後のみの３パターンの表示設定
　必要なデータのみを表示するフィルター
　特定の曜日のデータをピックアップ表示する機能があります。
・一覧
　指定した期間内のデータをリスト表示します。表示欄から直接入力画面へ飛ぶこともできます。
・データ管理
　入力データを外部ストレージにバックアップが可能です。
