Bomgar Rep Console for Android
We can no longer connect to our bomgar after update. Simply states hostname not found. Worked great before update!
It no longer connect to our server and I cannot login. This update sucks!!

App crashes when trying to connect to a computer after updating
This app is great for remote support. It's quick and gives you access to your clients from anywhere that you have a signal. However, there are some things that would make this even better. We could definitely use file transfer support, with integration to either Google Drive or OneDrive. Even more crucial would be getting proper mouse support. I pair a bluetooth mouse with my Android tablet. However, on a remote session, Bomgar will only move the remote mouse cursor if I'm holding down the mouse button, as if it's emulating a screen touch. Adding these two features would easily make this the best piece of corporate remote access software out there.
Having mouse moving issues, on a Samsung Galaxy Pro tab. Sort of pointless so to speak. Unable to do any work when connected to a PC.
Our company switched to BlackBerry PRIV smartphones. The rep console screen sharing is not working. Cannot see video. The BlackBerry PRIV runs Android 5.1.1 from factory and Google Play Store. Please fixed for us.

We use Bomgar throughout our district and this app is a great addition when I don't have my Surface handy.
I'm on a nexus 6 and it works amazing except when trying to do the screen sharing. It tries for a couple minutes and then the app dies. Thoughts?
Great app. Love it. Just wish it would receive a visual update like the desktop version. Other than that, great!!!
It is hardly usable, but good to have for an emergency. I have many requests as well.
It seems everything else works but I can't see the remote screen unfortunately
I use this app all the time. I have a problems with using cntl+alt+del when accessing a jump client. It will not send the command when using the keyboard given. Is this only me??

Not quite as feature rich as the full fat desktop application but incredibly useful to have. Works on my phone and tablet even with poor Internet connections.
This app is very helpful for my job. I recommenden 100%. When I had troubles tech support guys are very kind and resolved all my issues.
Use it daily from my phone or tablet. Excellent app.

Logs into my B200 quickly over ssl (godaddy cert). I can finally leave my macbook at home for a quick trip. (ASUS Transformer TF101 with keyboard and/or Galaxy Note ) Thank you BOMGAR!
This works great in allowing me to move about and still have access to my computer. The one thing that would make this over the top would be to add support for the Transformer Prime keyboard docking station. The typing works great already, but I would love to be able to use the touchpad to move the mouse
Bomgar Rep app works perfect. Great UI. Well thought out. A must have if you have a tablet and Bomgar Rep Account.
Brilliant to be able to use this on my phone but have an issue with the keyboard. As I type, each letter I type results in all previous characters in the word being duplicated so, instead of 'word' I end up with 'wwoworword'. If I turn off text prediction in the keyboard settings, it works fine. Also, would be really useful to be able to push a session as you can in the full console.

Can't believe it! Even with my old, slow, tiny screened LG Ally, this app is great. A little tough to work a computer screen with a phone, but it'll get the job done! Nice!
Great app but the keyboard typing has serious issues that make it unusable.

The interface is much better than the old EOL client, however the keyboard was better in the old version. In this new version, almost every key I type I get double characters. Typing in a password is a challenge to say the least. Get the keyboard right and I'll give it 5 stars.
This makes taking emergency or unscheduled tech issues super easy when out of the office or on the go.
This App works great when you are on the move and need to remote into a computer or a server. I use it on my Nexus 5 and the program works very well.

GUI is terrible. great for in a pinch and out of office. need to be able to generate RDP sessions and Console sessions from a jump server like on the Mac/Linux/Windows Client. Can use saved ones
