I open record a video just uploads never finishes and the same goes in watching my videos or email twxt nothing works

Love the mail merge feature and forms. Makes staying intouch and personal easy!!!

Could be more intuitive and user friendly. One easy thing would be to have the templates accessible from the home page.

App has potential but for a mobile user, it's definitely a headache.. Lots of options and settings missing.

It never works. Alnost everytime I sign in it crashes. The 2 videos I made never sent and it always seems to be loading. I have downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times so far hoping to make it better.

Not really liking it for a app with the kind of potential this has it has very low functionality. Glitches really bad won't refresh. Improve I will change my score

I've never been able to get it to work. It has crashed every time I've attempted to open it.

Recent Android & IPad updates making it better

Crashes everytime I try to send a video when going from recorded or selected video to loading template.

I'm typically using the app with a desktop camera and their software. When I need to shoot the video in the field, this works great.

I'm 0 for 3 in efforts to upload videos from my phone using the app. Forced to use the desktop version from my phone, which is quite cumbersome. I love bombbomb but the app is useless for me.

Please get this corrected soon. Also I no longer get the bomb icon on my phone when a client opens an email I sent. That was a very nice tracking feature I miss.

Cant login. There is no "create account" or similar. So far, it's useless.

Can't create an account, hence it won't let you log in to use app. Very frustrating.

My only regret is that I don't use it more!

Can't use it if you can't Create an account. You are forced to go online only to learn you have to pay $50/month.

Downloaded the application however since I don't have an account I can't use it and there is nowhere to create an account

Would love to try this - it was recommended by a friend - but it doesn't give me the option of creating an account when I download. Just log in option. And don't like the fact that it's so pricey and trial is so short for such a new app. My review is not accurate since I haven't had a chance to actually try it out. Love the concept though !

Great app and terrific people at this company. Their passion for communicating is obvious when you use their products and interact with them. Client's love the way it humanizes you.

Not picking up names so you have to guess at the email address to send a bomb

App crashes on my Galaxy S5. While in portrait mode. Auto rotate is enabled in my settings. When selecting thumbnail in portrait, it auto rotates the snapped image to go landscape (sideways). So I tried again by rotating the phone to shoot landscape thumbnail, it crashes.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling this app twice now and it rejects all of my email passwords.

Does not allow me to login. Keeps telling me my login information is incorrect. I know my email and I know my email's password so I'm really confused... Uninstalling. Smh!

Can't even log into my email acct. I know my password and it won't accept it. Use hotmail.

Not user friendly

Isn't picking up name in address book but rather the specific email only... For professional emails I can usually figure it out but for unique personal emails, have to stop, search my own address book, then finish... Bb is so easy on all other fronts except this. Fix the app pleasE and I'll give 5!

Contacts access needs work as does the up load process.. hey guys not sure if you are aware but EVERYTHING is going to the phones..don't be left behind by not putting resources towards that facet of your buisness...
