So many bugs with Android app for me atleast with no option to set 12 or 24 hours time setting instead ( its bug opens sometime then crashes) the app. kindly rectify the issue i would like to share screenshots if you like. Thanks.

Sync between app and tracker is pathetic. Could not sync it since last app update is done. No sync option for Google fit without subscription. This is a must have option for now. Graphical presentation layout is very basic. You can check honor huawei health and wear app for making improvements in your app. Step count is not accurate. It counts steps even while in bus or AutoRickshaw. Sleep tracking is not syncing timely and data is irrelevant to actual sleep time. Heart rate sensor is fake. It shows heart rate reading even for nonliving things or even when fitness band is not attached to anything. How could this be possible?? No specific selection for activities like swimming, running etc.

I fed up try synching my Luxe Verve band. After every update its horrible to connect back the band. Also I have completed 10k steps with lots of efforts and it synched a 0. Fed up with this track app.

Waste of money, they've spent well on marketing the product but it's really really horrible. Cannot sync the band to the device, no auto sync, now I can't connect the device only. Horrible customer care. I'm so fed up.

After new update the device does not connect.. The app is junk does not syc with device correctly and the charts are waste just shows trends and numbers Very difficult to get any meaning and sleep data is also waste

Worst purchase.. app is not doing even the basic work of reconnecting to device and sync data.. not able to sync manually no auto sync. Costly non working product and app.

Not able to login. It is stuck at OTP screen. Tried 2 different phone numbers, none of them is receiving the OTP. Effectively I am not able to use the device.

Worst App Ever! Can't even connect or sync to my Beat HR. App keeps hanging. I'm sure the company has put a lot of fake reviews to bring its rating to 4. It doesn't even deserve 1.

I am not able to login to app. It get stuck on OTP screen, I havnt receieved OTP sms after trying many times. Please send the update with this bug fix. Is this the reason we bought Boltt band?????

The app is crashing whenever i try to sign up or taping on the screen when entering my mobile number

I purchase the band at @ 1999 in this box we free 3 month guide free coupon inside but if i tell the coupon company say coupon is invalid

This aap keeps crashing everytime I open it. Also, not able to sync with the band.

Not able to connect app with band. Battery drain every time one day only. Only fraud people can make this type of product. Shame on you guys.

Application crashes most if the times .not able to connect mobile to band.

The latest update I got right now is just crashing as soon as I get Inside the app.... If I don't get an update in next 2 days m gonna return the band.....

I am unable to set an alarm and the app is keep on buffering saying it is setting the alarm for next 10 minutes and nothing is working.please do something about... It is very bad app...

Waste app and also the band boltt fir always gets disconnected for no reason and have to charge it everyday.....please improve the app as soon as possible.

A lot of bugs have to improve in the app it doesn't connects to band properly not able to synchronize the data total waste of money if its better to improve the app if nt they will lose their market seriously

After the new update I am unable to connect with my band.

Pathetic as same as Boltt Health app. Have to login everytime when we open this app. Can't set anything for Boltt fit except time & find device. Also not all functions advertised are available. There is also a '+' button everywhere in the top right corner of the action bar of device settings which renders alarm & other functionalities useless. If you can't develop an app then atleast make it open source so that we, other developers can make our devices work.

Even time format also Not syncing, not counting steps, just wondering how the ppl given rating above 1*

Sync between app and the band is horrible, this app is seriously disgusting, please resolve this sync issue otherwise there is no use of the band

Worst as soon as u exit from application the band disconnected from ur device n notification stop working

Why there are less settings in boltt fit. No option to show caller number and also no option to show date and time both and heart rate sensor is also counting for non living things.

Need more upgrade, foot steps not accurate, need upgradation & more user friendly interface include setting like change the time format etc.

Allow notification s not working even after I manually turned it on (Android)..

Utter hopeless app... Good for nothing.. Please do not buy this at any cost...it's sincere request...

I am not getting OTP. I have tried with 3 different number. why you put OTP if it's not working
