Have never had a problem ordering tickets or with the trips themselves. My only wish is that bolt bus have a stop in Corvallis, OR (seriously, there would be high demand in the college town). I have been so impressed with bolt bus that I use their service to the closest available city (Albany) rather than take a greyhound straight to Corvallis. This doesn't even take their free Wi-Fi and nice seats into account, which are also awesome.

I love how easy it is to use this app. And when it comes to the buses the seats are comfortable AND I have enough leg room. The Wi-Fi has been improved and we can watch suggested movies. I even have a couple of favorite drivers. Another great thing is that I travel with them regularly so I get to enjoy the awesome benefits of the Bolt Rewards Program!!! Thanks and keep up the good work Bolt!

The deal is well worth the headache of traffic, the cost of tolls and gas and usually a comfortable ride (esp if amenities like WiFi and outlets are operable) Oh! And I ALWAYS use the app. It's great!!

The app is generally easy to use. I wish it wouldn't log out so frequently. Other than that it saves me a lot of hassle with paperless tickets and easy payment.

This app has the best organization and application use ever. So user friendly. It got the state selector spot on which is often messed up on apps.

Would love a way to store credit card info. Not fun typing it in every time

Love the site. It makes it so easy at the last minute to book a trip at a low price. I will continue to use when ever I'm not able to drive.

Great app and easy to use. Having some issues checking out right now but customer service was very helpful and they are trying to fix the issue now.

Would be good if the payment situation was improved. Either store a payment method or use Google, Samsung payment methods.

Well designed app. Reward program alone makes it worth the download. Great experiences on the actual bus as well. Leave on time, arrive on time or early. Comfortable seats, free WiFi, and electrical outlets.

Always on time. My only complaint would be that a lot of website's are blocked with Bolt Bus Wi Fi. Such as Netflix.

The app failed to allow me to log on and I had to go to a browser to book a ticket. Why bother using an app that won't work? Will Uninstall it unless I hear from them.

I don't appreciate having to sign in EVERY TIME I open the app. This is not exaggeration, I have to sign in every single time.

Every time I go to do something, the app asks me to log in again. Can't access upcoming trips or make purchases.

Very easy and simple to use. We'll laid out and makes booking trips no problem, much better than trying on the website. Make an account so you get priority seating!

Constant issue where it won't allow me to purchase any tickets saying there is a time out error and I need to sign back in.

Picnic= person in charge not in computer (app) couldn't load app. BUS IS GREAT! Driver very nice made sure didn't leave before coffee delivery. Thank you

I have to uninstall and reinstall after buying tickets or even viewing tickets. It says session timeout and will not take my password until I reinstall. I'll be super happy when I don't have to ride bolt bus anymore.

Buses are always clean, bathrooms NEVER smell. The ride is comfortable and the bus leaves on schedule!

It's great that my favorite transportation to the Seattle airport is so cheap and direct. And the app is very convenient. I will be using this app from now on for all my bolt bus needs.

What happened, you guys?? I don't remember ever having so much difficulty trying to buy a stupid bus ticket. First, I have problems signing in to my account. Ok, I guess I'll try resetting my password. I try logging in but it's still not working. I uninstall and reinstall app. Try new password and finally get in. Tickets are in my cart and ready to purchase. I submit my payment, but get an error message and I am also now logged out! Wtf. Uninstalling until you get login problems fixed.

Everything is good, unfortunately the app won't let me purchase tickets since yesterday on the app or browser. I recommend you guys fix that and email me so I can purchase the tickets, thank you

It is convenient to purchase tickets. Only problem is I have to log back in after I have opened app.

I bolt bus down to portland pretty regularly to see my best friend. Riding the bus makes it pretty easy, and the app is really easy to use as well!

We had a great trip on bolt bus. We only made 2 stops from Eugene to Seattle and the prices are great!

If BoltBus goes to the city I'm headed to, it's my number one choice. Great prices, reliable bus times, and helpful drivers. Love BoltBus!

Great app, great service. I just wish the app saved my card information so i didn't have to put it in every time.

I love bolt bus. Only way i would give it 5 stars IS IF IT COULD STOP AT DUTY FREE .

Love the sytem of boarding (A-C). Its less chaotic than other bus lines. Cheap fares if you book in advance enough. Safe driving. Outlets at most seats so you can charge devices. Free wi-fi. Clean busses. The only draw bk can be waiting at the nyc bus stop amidst all the bus exhaust. Nowhere to sit. But its a no frills bargain that's worth it.

No stops, quick point A to point B bus service. I really hope they start doing other locations like Spokane. I love using craigslist rideshare but you can't totally rely on it. This fills the gap of that unreliability and makes my constant on my toes traveling more seamless and keeps it cheap! Also the bus driver was really nice and a character which makes it a better experience. So glad there is an alternative to Grayhound!

I love taking the bolt bus. I'm in a long distance relationship and have a hard time driving more then an hour. I bring a travel pillow, close my eyes and I'm where I need to be. It's the best way to travel. Comfy and wifi!!! And this app is so easy to book and keep track of my trip. Best!

I use Bolt a few times a year to go back and forth between Portland and Seattle. Today was the first time I got to use a reward! My round-trip, two passenger purchase went from $42 to $19, and I was hella stoked. THANX BOLT!!

Simple, straightforward, easy to use! Only complaint is with their cart feature - once you add something, it won't come up again on a new search and its difficult, though not impossible to figure out how to empty your cart. Overall a good app!

I use Bolt Bus a couple of times a year for travel between Seattle and Portland when I'm not carpooling. The boarding process is quick and easy as long as you follow the instructions and they are pretty simple instructions. On board WiFi has only not worked a couple of times and wasn't to big of a hassle to find something else to do to pass time.

Was happy with app despite not remembering log in and payment details but now it just gives me log in fail. I changed password online and uninstalled app but it's still no good. Website is terrible.. Great bus service though!

The service itself is great, the app is good. :D My only input is that I keep having to log into the app all the time, but that's a little thing in my opinion.

Straight forward, inexpensive travel. I appreciate that the app keeps my trips available in an easy to access place. I also like that my points earned are displayed on the main screen. I like being able to catch an earlier or later bus, if they have seats available. And being able to bring a bike aboard at no cost of fabulous!
