Bolt Riders App for Android
Everything is good except the current output. Charger gives maximum 2A which is not enough for the mobiles in the market. Nowadays minimum mobile battery current rating is 3000mah. It's not possible to charge the mobile when gps and internet is ON. Battery charge drops even the charger is ON. Also device is missing an ON/Off switch. Hope bolt will take care of it.

I got the charger with high expectations! Later then there was a issue with it.. but the team replaced the unit & it worked seamlessly. Phone charging is upto the expectations. Very happy with it. With the new update of the app; I was not able to login & had issues with the app because of the access code. However i called the team & i was provided immediate assistance to resolve the issue. Yes, we completely agree that there were some issues with the app earlier but unless you give genuine issue understanding your issue is never solved. Thats where we customers lack & we shout that the product is bad misguiding other customers. I completely trust the product & the service that is been provided. It really helps customers like us to give a thumps up for the product as well as the service being provided. Thank you team Bolt !
Anyone planning to buy this charger be ready for a really bad experience. First of all you pay almost 3 times the normal price, then you get the most pathetic customer service. My charger stopped working within 3 weeks. Even during the 3 weeks it w s working, the product was very moody, sometimes it charged properly sometimes it was painfully slow. When I sed a complain over an email, i never received a response. Then I tried to call them and finally after a week I was able to talk to somebody. I was promised an immediate replacement and that they will share the courier information soon. Now it has been 7 days, again I had been trying to call someone for 5 days, today after I wrote a stinker someone called and the response that I get is the icing on the cake. Now they tell me that I have to first ship the faulty charger to them, then they will check it and only after that they will send a replacement. This a failure on so many levels. I am really pissed off with the attitude of the CS representative who has handled the case in the most unprofessional way possible. I dont want to deal with this non-sense. I don't want a replacement. Please issue a refund and take your crappy charger back and do whatever you like with it. Oh yes and I forgot to mention, the app that they have is also as crappy as the charger. And they expect you to pay for the club membership after the free period. B.O.T. Where can I find the files saved by the app for the rides. Including the GPS and other data.
I installed this app with lot of hopes and even decided to order charger online but for some weird reason i am not getting connected to Facebook and my account is not gettimg activated, please fix this asap i need this app for my rides
It is failing to register my facebook profile... And hence cannot proceed in the app.
Just bought charger and downloaded the app, asked for activation code and entered. Wow didnt get activated. Says Invalid Code. Now either my code is used by someone before i bought or the app is totally drunk. UPDATED REVIEW: Well i got mail from bolt and issue was solved, very much happy now but i still feel there are couple of tweaks to be done on app.
The charger gets heated up and it doesn't charge after that... Some time the app gets shutoff automatically and u loose travel data

This is a sequel to my previous review of the app. And a reply to your team checking the data servers and finding a recorded travel time of 12194 seconds but zero kms! I understand that the app utilises the parent phone's inbuilt GPS capabilities. But let me tell you that during the bike trip (a total of 2400kms) I had been using the same phone's GPS as the BOLT app rests in. I find it pretty intriguing that the app failed to derive travel data from a phone that Google Maps used (faultlessly) to navigate all of the 2400kms! I hope your team has a valid explanation for this. And a solution to add to it. I have also left your team a mail. P. S. I also tried to contact the BOLT team on phone through the number provided, but the calls went unanswered.

The latest update messed up the old ride history. It does not show the correct route for old rides.
After the update, the app closes and won't open at all. This sucks now, there's nothing I can do about it. I have a Xiaomi MI3 and this app isn't opening, I tried reinstalling it as well but of no use.
Reliable and funky, this little device keeps a good track of your ride and keeps your phone functional for the worst of the times.
Your app Is full of bugs the average speed for my ride shows 21000kms per hour
It should work as a traker when its connected which can tell our location to our loved one

Few observations that can be called for enhancements: 1. My running session was not stored since my phone somehow got reboot. So I have lost track of my last ride. Approx 300kms. (BUG) 2. If we could have a pause button which can be used to save battery n data when we take pit stops n breaks while riding. 3. If we can have an option to allow someone to get my current location. This can be used in case of emergency

Bad performance
I have installed latest version(1.3.3)but still it doesn't works well.the gps permission can't be set as it cannot be seen in the location setting app.after putting the code it says code is invalid
I got the bolt charger yestarday but after several attempts, was unable to reg. my warranty...the app says the "you entered invalid number"..and today itz only rolling the circles for hours and hours.." please do something
I just got my Bolt Charger delivered through Amazon. I am trying to activate my 1 - year warranty but it says that the code is invalid. Please help me to activate the same.
I dont have a Facebook account. How am I supposed to register for warranty if I cant even log into the app ?

Please make the app more user friendly. previous ride history cannot be deleted even though there is an option. Cant find any option to change my name photo etc. Please add option of setting up a destination and using gps to travel like google maps. When i want to travel to some location using gps. I cannot keep this app open as i have to use google maps. Not much user friendly app. Please improve. Its a very good app. But need lots of improvements.
