Still won't allow login, yet my password and username are definitely correct. The 'need help' link doesn't even work! Will try again after amother update maybe.

Pleased with it apart from Everytime I try to log in it tells me the app isn't installed, which it is? Can someone help please??

Great idea but doesn't list any of my libraries so cannot even login.

Unfortunately it wont let me log in. It worked on ios but not here

Can't review as canmot get app to work!! Library drop down doesn't work so cannot login. It eithet keeps on looping or does nothing!!!

This app won't recognise my email address. Just keeps saying to put in my enail. Very annoyi g. On a samsung tablet!

Faulty app. It does not accept email address's when trying to register. Very disappointing.

Can't register. Just downloaded app for first time 5 minutes ago so it is the latest version. Using Samsung. It won't recognise my email.

Won't complete registration process as doesn't accept email address therefore it is useless. Fix please.

Loving access to audio books. I guess my local library / the content I have access to is funded by my council rates, so it's like I'm not getting my money's worth of my rates if I don't use it

Updated review . Been using borrowbox over a year and still dissapointed. Intermittent loading on device so have to use phone which is small so difficult to read. Still no wish list despite devs saying over a year ago it was planned. Can't sync across devices. Think the average 3 star review says it all. Wish my library still used overdrive. It was far better.

While I appreciate the Library service and availability of the digital content via this app, it is disappointing to see such bad design and lack of features. Audio books player can not bookmark, controls are small and fiddly, no media player controls (can not stop play/pause with remote headset button)... App deserves only one star, but because of the service and because its free, one more...and to encourage further development, I have awarded one more...use this gratis star and make it good!!

Can't​ find a way to view pages in two columns! My library used to use Overdrive. My tablet's case only stands in landscape mode, so need two columns to read comfortably. Have made single column narrower, but now have to turn page more often. :-(

Downloaded for my tablet but nothing I have downloaded is able to be read. Either the text is spaced crazy in order to stretch to the right hand margin, or I can only view half a page with no ability tonshrink the viewing size. Have tried smaller font size but even the illustrations are cut in half. Too much effort to want to bother with ebooks on this app. The audio books work ok, but a bookmark function would be nice.

The app itself would be fine but for one problem which negates the whole purpose. Books I download can only be read when I am connected to wifi, once out of range, no more reading for me. I contacted the developers but they cannot fix it.

This is possibly the worst ebook app I've ever used, my library previously used Overdrive which was FAR better and a lot more reliable/polished than this. The only reason I'm using it is because I've got no choice as my library no longer subscribes to Overdrive. The quality of this service does not match up to the staff/volunteer demo. It doesn't doesn't​ even work on our wi-fi even though Overdrive worked perfectly (in fact I've tested it and it won't work on ANY public wi-fi!). Apparently"too many people were close together" in the room. In reality, the Wi-fi system at my library can support 12-16 thousand devices all connected at once - so 10 devices in one room can't possibly overload it! The download feature is broken - it thinks I've downloaded a book "too many times" even when I never actually managed to complete any download at all! The trainer was also somewhat rude, didn't appear to know valid details about the service or related issues/entities and insisted on having my email address despite my refusal to provide it as I don't give it out willingly to just anyone. If I could I'd go back to Overdrive instantly. Stick with Overdrive if you can, otherwise just use Amazon Kindle or Google Play Books for your eBooks.

LOVE this app! A wishlist option would make it a 5 star review. I find so many books I'd like to read later down the track but there is no way to save/record them for the future!

I love borrow box and only use it for audio books, I have switched to an Android and my only issue is the size of the play button on the Android app, on my Google pixel it is tiny and takes 5 or 6 goes before the book actually starts playing. I think the search functionality could use a little work as well, as in when I search for James Patterson, I only want to see books by James Patterson in the results and not every entry contains the word James or the word Patterson.

I have had trouble getting this to load on my laptop, but seems to be ok on my smart phone. Not easy if you have a short fuse and would rather read on your computer than a small screen. However, can't complain really as got there eventually. So the thing is maybe only able to download to one platform rather than multiple?

Extremely limited choice of books. Approx. 409 apparently. There is a list of categories: American Fiction comes up with zero books, and British Fiction comes up with one! And assuming you manage to find a book you want to read there's no way of reading it in an e-ink device such as a Kindle. Also, I'm unsure of the utility of the concept of "borrowing" an ebook, having to "renew" and "return" it.

I can't access the account details button in top right. Every time I click on it my screen goes black and freezes. Tried rebooting and also reinstalling and not working. I just want to change libraries with a different account. Please make a way so it is easier to do this or allow to add 2 accounts at once

**Edit** Don't contact support, they have an auto reply, and it is painful. As an audio player it does its job reasonably well, however: Buttons are too small. I often fat finger the progress bar instead of pause. The pause function skips a split second. I find that some chapters that have a status of "completed" are missing sections from the end.

Love this especially for audiobooks.... one problem with the current app version is that when looking to books.. you cannot add to a "wish list" or similar. Also, when trying to view more details on author or narrator it freezes the entire app.

It would be sooooo much better if there were a bookmark on audio books. I often fall asleep listening or press wrong button. Going back to bookmark would help. Oh and make buttons bigger, easier to press right one!

It is terrible, cannot adjust font size, cannot scroll through a page when zoomed in. Have to zoom out fully to move to the next page. Very poor thought process in this app. On a plus note the audio books work fine.

I use this app for audio books only. I find the wreadwr annoying. It doesnt load properly and moving to next page is not easy. I normally use kindle ereader so this app is below standard. However i like the audio books. I like the sleep option. The reserve feature. I believe this app could have a notification feature. Where it pops up to alert about reserved books. It has a lot of potential to be a good app. If only the ereader would appeal.

I have just reinstalled this app hoping it will fix an issue that had arisen just recently. For a short time now the books on borrow box have taken a lot of time and energy to open and at times they do not open. Otherwise I have found the app great

Horrible dated interface, especially when playing audio books. Play, pause buttons are too small in the app, too easy to accidentally jump to another chapter (as chapter list takes up majority of screen) and lose your position.

The app is malfunctioning. The font size is huge and when I try to click on the -A to reduce the font size it actually increases the size of the font. It's been fine before and now I can't read my current book. Frustrating!

Borrowbox is a really good way of getting the library books you want quickly and easily without having to leave home. Since being updated all issues are completely resolved. This has become one of my most used apps on a daily basis.

Overall a very good app but would to have a bigger play /pause buttons to control the audio books. I am having trouble to pause / play as the buttons are too small and need many taps to get it to work.

I use mostly audio books on my phone. I find that in the recent update the play button is smaller and too close to the chapter progress bar. This means in pressing play I sometimes adjust the progress and loose my place unintentionally. Apart from this it's a great app.

Very easy to use. However overdrive lets me have more than one library easily accessible, unlike borrowbox, I can't work out how to add another library

I'm a teenager and have no time to go to the library. I thought this app would be great for me. A problem; once you open an e-book, you can't scroll up or down so the font has to be so small you can't read it. However, the audio books were very good but this app was quite disappointing.

It's really good I just wish they had more iconic books as audio books like roald Dahl books, David Walliams and percy Jackson. But other than that its a really good app :) :) :)

Only allows you to use a single library, requiring you to logout and delete all downloaded books to login to a different account. Display options also very basic.

I find that lots of the books I want are not available, but that could be the library I am linked to. I am a member of two different libraries...can I link my account to both?

Would be great to be able to pick genres when searching (like the iPhone version of the app), and for continuous playback/manual selection to be an option rather than default to continuous play.
