One must be careful. More chances we lose our money without making payments to intended party. We dont know to whom the payment has been made. All it says " sorry try other time." but at the same time it redeems points & money from the account but it is not shown in. "my account.".

Can't use points as the app crashes exactly when the points are about to be redeemed and eventually they expire. The app doesn't let me redeem the points, the main function the app was actually created. Also pathetic customer service.

After it got installed,it never worked!! Worst app by such a reputated Bank!! You really need to work on your techie advancement.

I had bought a sony headset with mic for worth 399rs using the redeem points.. the parcel received today and it the worst then low class headset not even worth for 1rs... Stop cheating the customerS.. HAVE SENSE AND GIVE CUSTOMERS WHERE YOUR BANK NAME STAYS IN HEART DONT SEND SUCH LOW PRODUCTS ..VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.. Its totally scrap app, they fraud with us when you redeem points then it will deducted from your account but transaction aborted. We all should raise this issue into consumer forum.

I'm trying to open this app from last 20 days.but it is not opening even after updating.In starting days it was good but i would say worse app i ever used.

App crashes many times while make transactions but literally not done same transaction and another since last app crashes. Many times installed and uninstalled but nothing happens same problem occurs many times.

Useless service and application. Their customer care is just a waste of time. We need to spend 1 hrs waiting just to connect to the executive after that they don't even resolve the problem. They don't have the proper system. Please don't download the app and don't use their service. They took 6 months to take my complaint and then they said that they will resolve it soon . But their soon has not yet came it has been now more than a 3 months of continuous follow up. Still the same answer.

Don't try to install or download.It is waste of time, data and money. The application only gives "Java script error. Fails to call Ajax ."

Hello new version having problem on recharge mobile , I tried to recharge my mobile number through app but new version can't proceed my request , in later version i easily recharge but in new app can't proceed recharge request , please fir it soon as.soon as possible Thanks ????

I read reviews of so many they have the same opinion as me when we accumulate points app doesn't work and we are at end suffering can't use redeem points.

Earlier the app was very good but since the new update .. I can't get my recharge done .. it crashes everytime and in this way my points will expire. What's the use of gaining points then??

Useless application. The order that I had placed one month back has not been delivered to me yet. They haven't even replied to my earlier communications.

Our points do nit add to our earlier balance .Any query remains unanswered Boi is not professional should have a good and knowlegeble team.

It is not able to open, very worst app. BOI must do improve so that after installing we can open ant use it. I have read most of the comments that customers are facing including me but BOI has not given a reply even...... Like BOI making us fool

OTP being sent to number other than registered (registered number is working well on debit card transactions) i.e some problem with rewardz app OTP database system

First the app was working well but from the last month it is crashing.
