User Process:

• User Mobile number should be of Bank Of India Mobile Banking registered
• Download and install the “BOI *99#” App from Google Play
• In case of dual SIM, select the correct Mobile number to CALL in SIM Settings
• Create 4 digit App Login
• App is ready to use
