Like the setup but needs easier customization of workouts and exercise description would help beginners ... still not as friendly as bodyspace app or jefit app

Good start to the app, but definitely needs much more work. Workout customization is minimized and limited to a few exercises with no descriptions as to how to execute them. Woke up to my tasks having about 20 ads for the Super NOS Pump product and nothing I could do to eliminate outside of restarting my phone. Uninstalling as there are other apps that are more useful, though I will continue using the BF products. Samsung S4

Nice start to a good ap, but for the beginner, most do not know the movement of the exercises in this ap (unlike the Jet Fit ap). Please address.
