Perfect Body Building Plan Pro for Android
Really liked it, I used it for the first time today and lifted more weights than I ever did doing chess and triceps. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because the instructional Videos doesn't work. It would be nice if they work.
Shame it only tracks weights in lbs and you can't change it to Kg as my weight plates are. The training programme works, can't fault the training and related advice. It does assume you are using a gym with lots of equipment though, if like me you train at home you'll have to be creative to do some of the exercises.
This is the only app that I used to be honest. I have tried a few others but I wasn't really impressed. it's very simple but the workouts if you put yourself can be tough. Worth a shot for sure.
It's a good app. One thing I wish it had was tracking previous weight try's so the user could have a visual representation of gains.
Stellar app.. knowledge base I find invaluable.. this app reveals the science behind building a perfect physique which can be maintained life-long.. short, intense structured work-outs.. well done.. 5 ☆

I've only got 12 weeks of app. I thought this would cover a years exercise
It's ok but missing a vital option to track weight. This would almost complete the app

This app launched me into the gym smoothly. All the info you need is here so read it mindfully. I'm glad this app builders took the time to put it all together in such user friendly way. Only thing to improve here as in most other gym apps elsewhere: go easy on the suplements you choose. New research shows some supplements are hyped up by the supplement industry, recommended pretty much everywhere for gym goers and are not effective.
Nice app for beginners and ideal to track your progress and follow a program. But to be much improved, interface theme is old and not motivating, should not always ask to post to fb after saving the workout..removing that button is a plus. Just look at Emily Skyee aApp, although it also needs imrovement but its alreay a very nice app
Its a good app but previous purchased the body builders bible full edition and it was my favorite weight lifting app of all time and i updated my phone recently so i expected the original app to be on my google store but its gone and i have no way to get the other app back. This app is good but i shouldnt have to pay twice if i already purchased one from the same developer
This app is frustrating to use. Menus are hidden in other menus that are in different menus.
Previously used it and all i found was results, results, results. Then had bike accident and after 3 years I'm back and loving it.
Easy to use and follow. Video examples really helpful. Android version does not transfer data for next set of exercises, iOS version does which is more helpful. I'd give 5 stars then.

Great Routine that I have started to see results from. Getting stronger each week. After 3 weeks not seeing the size yet or weight loss, but those things take time. I am getting more lean! Great guide for all levels. Look forward to seeing how I look after week 12!
I really like some things about this app, but I was hoping with the paid version I would be able to add exercises to my workout or create my own workouts. Thinking about getting the refund.
I was told I would get a refund when I purchased this because I purchased maximum muscle which has since been discontinued. When I emailed post-purchase I received no response.
This app work but you have to follow the regiments and also do what work for your body. Do some research and learn more about what you're trying to do with yourself!
Ifyou follow the program you will see huge gains even if you dont stick to the meal plan. Just do the excercise with the required intensity

The poundage that I lift is sometimes miscalculated when I save results and also when I load log from the previous workout. The app will only display certain exercises. This app still has some bugs but overall the workout routines are incredible. I have gained mass n strength quite rapidly with this training.
