Excellent app, tried the free version first and decided it was worth paying for. I have seen immediate results, by the end of the first week you will be stronger. By the end of the second and third weeks your body will look noticeably better. By the end of a month you won't be able to look in a mirror without smiling. Other than the inability to carry forward the maximum weight done in a previous program to aid progress when starting a new program, this is a well packed application that can (Shhh... don't tell everyone) feel like a personal coach standing right next to you.

Great system. Only thing that would make this better is if the lowest wieght transferred to the next weeks program so you do not have to look back each exercise. But other than small thing this will give you solid results even if your not able to follow diet consistantly.

I enjoy the easy to use program and how its structured. After the initial 2 weeks I went ahead and purchase the remaining of the 8 week program. Seems my first 2 week progress didn't transfer over, which sucks. I would have given it a higher rating otherwise.
