Best I've used. Followed kris to the letter ,diet,weight lifted,incresed if easy so you struggle to get reps out,weighed myself after first week put 2.5 kilos on, great Second week even tougher.

Would have been great 5 app if you could track the weight and reps like you can on the other bodyspace app. This one just says skip or complete workout. So basically I have to track with the other app. Would be better if you can do everything in one app.

I love this app i no there are many but the workouts are great and target the whole body if your not losing or gaining muscle u cant be following the program your getting this same routine from a personal trainer without the yelling for free lol

It's GOOD, but exercise given , like barbell squats, alone can't be Done. Need at least 2 person. what if you are alone in Gym, .NUTRITION program, what about vegetarian, diet. We can't eat same food everyday. There shud be some variation in diet too for vegetarians. Please be more elaborate on 7 day diet program.
