Love the workouts! The inability to enter data doesn't bother me, I already use a separate app to track my weights.

This is a great app. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to track your weights in the app. This is minor as I can do it on the phone but would be great for the app.

Good workout thought process. Enjoy the gains I get from it. Being a personal trainer myself I notice the little things and this app delivers just like his size program.

Feels like a balanced workout schedule and all the additional nutritional advice is pretty handy. A notebook section for recording weights would make it 5 star but that's minor. Jot the weight down on your phone.

One should be able to view the workouts offline. The app logs me out when I try to access without an internet connection. I have to login all over again.

Solid app, more over, solid program. Ideal if looking to maximize big 3 lifts. Only on week 2, having jumped on this program from Shortcut to Shred. Highly recommend if looking to make real gains as far as the big 3 goes.
