Workout plan is good, but the tracking of your workout progress is sub par. Meal plan is ridiculous for anyone who isn't already carrying a huge amount of lean body mass. Furthermore, macronutrient amounts for many of the listed foods are totally incorrect and different types of measurements make it really difficult to follow the plan. This is definitely not an app I would consider paying anything for.

Charging all the sudden to make a few bucks is bad business. This info is free online. Your going to lose a lot of customers like this FYI. I've always enjoyed this company and referred an immense amount of people. It's a shame that I guess every company is greedy...

Greed strikes again. App is brilliant but not worth that sort of money a month. It's insane and sadly I will be deleting. Plenty of free/cheaper apps out there.

I got a new phone and went to download the app again because I loved the progression plan. I now see they're charging for the info. There's got to be other ways to make money with in app purchases and not charge people for basic info. I'll go find the same info for free online. Seems greedy to charge people that want just the basic "lift this amount, this many times a week" info.

Was really great (5 stars on the Stoppani program) and app worked most of the time, with occasional crashes (3 stars) but now a subscription fee of $9/month? (0 stars). The supps ain't cheap, you're selling those, don't charge for the info. And sorry, you can't compare this to a personal trainer, b/c it's not personal. Too many other free resources out there to pay for this one. Out.

This is exactly what I needed right now. At times I feel like oh this gonna be easy but I am smoked after every workout. JS gives you everything you need you just have to bringvthe effort. Awesome app as well.

Greedy and asinine. I remember when this was free. Plenty of other apps to track a good workout. I bought Jim products before and now you're trying to charge MORE for attainable information on the internet? You lost a valued customer.

I loved this app untill they changed it and you now have to pay for even the basic information and guidance. Sure, if you want more in-depth information then charge. Gutted!

I took a break from the gym only to come back and find out an app ive been using forever for free is now locked behind a paywall. Sorry but no thanks ill just find another source for workout routines. Very Dissapointed!

I downloaded this app again because I've got a new phone... it won't let me access any programme I've downloaded with out paying or a subscription... I've used the app over the years.. so if it's been changed to paid you should state it... what's the point of downloading something that's been free for years now change it and not state that it's now pay to view. Very stupid I feel

had the app for 2 years, started charging $8 a month suddenly last month... yes it's cheaper than a personal trainer but bs nonetheless. just download the pdf forms online instead. greedy company

Very disappointed when I got a new phone and was fronted with the payments that would have to be made. This is why I never let me phone do updates for apps like this. I hope everyone also complains to the company's website about the changes in a productive way. This was one of my favorite workouts and Jim has many more that are just as great but I'm not paying the money to loose the info every month or even once a year. I pay for things I get to keep and I refuse to be a financial slave to every company know to man. I hope changes are made.

As most people are complaining about the monthly fee, you get access to really useful stuff. From eating healthier, diet plans, amazing workouts, and it's EXTREMELY cheaper than a in person trainer. I for one love this app.

Now I have to pay for this program? What a joke. The free one sucked, regardless. Don't waste your time.

Used to free and loved the app. Didnt mind buying the specifc supplements suggested to help support the author even though they are more pricey. Now...not gona use it and not buying the products either. You guys should really conduct better market research before changing the app.

It was great, until the update and now I have to subscribe to an app I initially paid for. Especially frustrating since I can go to the website and get the info for free. C'mon man.

Made the mistake of updating this app while in the middle of this plan. Now I can't get to it without signing up for monthly payments. I LOVED this work-out plan.

GREED is all this app is now....do not download..all the information is free on the internet...I used this app for free for so long and it was good, but now they charge you ridiculous money so i am deleting it. I am also no longer going to order from their site...make it free again....

Really good fitness program, but the app on itself it is not worth the price. You can get the whole content by going through the free bodyspace app.

Poor this app. I love this app at the beginning. But i was so shocked when i updated it and had to pay so much money for something free previously. I ll delete it soon

It was amazing at first then it decided to lock me out unless I pay a subscription fee that I didn't even agree on No one said this app was a trial version I will just go on website instead

All of a sudden you have to pay 10$ a month to use an app... uninstalling in 5....sorry Jim.

App was great before the pay wall. The app was already a giant advertisement to spend time on BB and links us to all the supplements on BB (where I already spend hundreds of $$) can't afford another subscription unfortunately.

I used this app for free for 3 months. Suddenly it quit working. Upon reinstalling, I was asked to pay $89. Shady!

Hope his rating about the fee convinces developers to return it to free all access like it use to be until then deleting. Don't waste your money

This was fantastic. Awesome workout daily. Until they got money hungry. FTS! MUSCLE AND STRENGTH is way better.

It use to be free why in the world do they now have to charge not right, just a year ago you didn't have to paid.

It's sad that you have to pay to use it.i already pay a gym membership why would you make people pay more to get a use of a app so good for people that want change.it just does not motivate people to want to work out.
