The visual layout is great and I love the video instructions however there's no way to log weights, sets, or rest times like with the bodybuilding app. I jump between and that seems redundant. This app would be perfect if it added features to log and track details in workouts!!
What's wrong with this app. I've used it for months. Now it's logged me out and whenever I try to log back in it says Not allowed to take this action. I've uninstalled it and downloaded 3 different times. Same thing.
I logged off and cannot log back in even after reinstallling numerous times. Its a great app and I have 6 weeks into a program. Its so much easier to open and keep track with the app ,would love to get it working again.
I love the program in print but the app has problems. A lot of the instructional videos come up "cannot play this video" while other videos work fine. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the app, my location or what but it's a real drag to have to leave the app and search for the videos online instead.
The program is great! I've done it to completion before and you really get results, however the app is limiting because you can't input weights. And I can't remember them from week to week.
Love this program. Just what I needed, for both working out and eating well. Only problem is now it doesn't open any more. Quite upsetting!!! Have tried re installing but no go
Get boolean error messages. Doesn't open any more. Also, quite a lot of the videos don't work
Workouts and recipes are great, wish there was a better log for both weight workouts and food intake. I use a separate app to log my workout and calories and that seems silly
Providing a good change from my usual workout. A few bugs present though when you reset your body statistics and it refuses to enter the weight.
Love the daily reminders! It makes it easy to stay on track. I also love the daily motivation and fitness information. I'm determined to reach my goals and I feel more confident about achieving them with this app/program!
Work outs are great! How you input your info horrible! Also had to update it and change it multiple times for it to save.
Highly recommend this app to any female that's looking to get results! I feel great and its only my second week! Love the helpful workout videos, meal plans and recipes.
Tried everything to sign up won't let me and the birth date choosing is a nightmare.. would love to know what the app is actually like..
Got out of my routine and this app is pushing me to get back into it to achieve my fitness goals. Great workouts
Workouts have been great. I've previously done other body building programs before the apps came out. This is very convenient.

Simple and user friendly.. I dont like apps you have to take the time to put in information every second so I like it.. could use more recipes
when I try to sign up and clicked next, it says I cannot take this action. same applies to my other bodybuilding apps. why?
From phase 2 Long lengthy workouts it's not possible to finish in one hour time frame. If you do not have more time then don't go with this plan.
This app is excellent. It has virtually no bugs and is very helpful when training. I love it!
How can it give training guidance if profile forces wrong gender and dob??Editing does not work Disappointed.
Everytime I go to sign up and fill it all out i hit submit and it says "invalid signature" what is going on
I wish you could record your weight lifted from week to week for each workout. That's my only wish. Other than that. Great app.
Easy to follow workouts and meal plan. I like that they have recipes to mix up your daily meals so you are not eating the same thing everyday.
Only on the second week. Would be 5 stars if there were alternative exercises listed for lack of equipment etc.

I wish there was a way to track food and water intake. I do like how this gets me to the gym, gives me exactly what to do and makes getting in shape seem plausible for anyone.
Great program. I also do at least 30 min cardio ( walk/jog/bike) along with the program. It's a good foundation and you can tweak it to fit you.
Love it. If you're beginning or getting back into it and don't know where to start, this app takes care all of that. From workouts to meals and more.
This is a great workout plan lost 10 pounds my first time using it downloaded for a second time a couple weeks ago to do another 12 weeks
She's is very motivating, and um loving the workouts. I wish there was more details and ideas on food, especially if not wanting to consume so much meat product.
I wish there was alternatives for certain workouts when you don't have the equipment.
Great workout and great user interface. I wish there were a place to log the weight you lifted, but otherwise awesome.
Only on day 17 but I've seen so much improvement & lost about 5 lbs since starting...I love this trainer!
This is awesome it help me figure out what I need to do with exercising with the equipment prepping and what kind of foods that are good for me to eat I love it

Love this program its doable at any level of fitness and also can be done at home just use some alternate exercises
Great app to find doable and challenging exercises at the gym. Love the food suggestions and videos to show you how to each exercise.
It would be great if we could track our weights for each set, besides each work out

I loved the app for the first three weeks. Till it essentially logged me out and would not let me back in. I uninstalled and reinstalled it roughly ten times with no improvement. And even emailed the tech support with no response. I want me app back, while it worked it was an awesome motivation to go to the gym and made life simpler.
