I'm loving the app so far. I'm on week 2 and am fining the workouts manageable with my hectic schedule. I do wish that there was an area where I could keep track of how much weight I used in a set however. That's the only thing lacking for me.
App is great but would have loved to have a notes section to track the weights and/or any other notes. I still have to carry a book to the gym to keep track of things which defeats the purpose of the app.
Good workouts find the meal prep part needs to be expanded. For example for food for variety of what you eat or just to change it up. Talk more about the weight skiped by that pretty quick
I love how it gives you a video of tips and tricks every day. And on top of that, videos of the specific work out showing proper form. This app is really an asset whether your new to the gym or a pro!
I love how structured the workouts are, and how they're mixed up so you don't get bored. I'm on week 2 and I already feel stronger. I love that every workout can be completed in under an hour
It's nice that it gives you your workouts for the day and videos how to perform them but it doesn't allow you to track your workout, just mark it as completed or skipped. What's the point of an app if you still have to take something else to the gym to track your workouts? Use the BodySpace app instead.
I Have The Hardest Time Doing Anything Time Consuming. The App Makes It So Smooth And Easy.
Tried to reset trainer to clear all data to start workouts again but won't save after clearing. Would be 5 stars otherwise
Downloaded app but when I try to sign in, I get your not allowed to take this action.
Love this! But for some reason it keeps telling me I am not allowed to take this action. Please help because I want to restart this program today
It's a nice app, but it's missing the possibility to track weights/progress or take other notes. That's an important part of the training process and of course helps with the motivation :)
Helping me massivley reach my goal..only looses a star because it changes my weight randomly Shows me exactly how to do things would recommend more ab workouts tho but that can come later
(sent without being completed) my feedback: 1. Sometimes the app is very slow to open or doesn't open at all. 2. Having the alternative recommendation feature for workouts that is available on the website, be available on the app as well. 3 have starting weight recommendation for initial workout, or how to choose/increase the heaviness of the weights
Love the videos I really love this app. I like the structure and how there is a video giving details on how to properly perform the exercise. The program seems well rounded and trains the full body. I am a beginner and I already feel a difference after one week.
Good work out plans for those trying to get back in shape. Meal prep portion could be expanded, but still provides really useful information.
Put in a weight and rep tracker plz! As is I have to use 2 apps... FitNotes and yours..... So far I love the changing workouts throughout the week

App works well and I like the how-to exercise videos. But I'd like to be able to add the weight I used for each exercise so I have something to reference.
Very flexible schedule. Efficient exercise selection. Targets all major muscle groups. Did some personal tweaks to suit my goals. Overall, very very satisfied with this app.
This is a great workout regardless of what fitness level you are. Would be nice to be able to track the weights and reps that I am doing.
In diet give the foods to avoid and add as bullet points. Along with video tutorials also provide step wise images
Needs notes, and if you could track diet would make it 5 star

Love the program has what exercises to and what days. The videos explains how to properly do an exercise. Love, love,love this app.

Love this app! Its more like a checklist verses a step by step. They give you the workouts for the week you choose one that best meets your situation! This is great for me since i travel. I can check off my rest day if i know ill be on the plane for 17+hrs verses a certain must day. Likewise i can do the bonus workout in the airport since its just utilizing my body weight if i know i have an overnight or a redeye....this literally took every excuse away from me to not workout! Good job guys!
