I find this is a good supplement to my regular workouts. The instructional videos are great and love that it keeps the timing for you so you don't have to find another app to do it!
In no time i can feel the burn and i know im getting a good workout and iv been using about and month and already iv notice a really big change in myself! Enjoy !!

The music is great, the video tutorials are right on, and the workouts were slightly challenging, but not killer. Will be subscrbing for more features soon!

This app has great workouts for all fitness levels. It offers fun music options and is very motivational. Like having your own personal trainer for free.

The best app where you can find many recipes for your meals. It's hard to find it all in one click somewhere else.
It's prefect for a quick get your metabolism moving when you can't or not getting to the gym. It definitely works for me in between workouts.

I just started working out againafter years of sedentary lifestyle. This did a good job of gauging my level of fitness and setting me achievable targets.
Hoping the developers can attach the fitbit app so I can sync it. Aldo doesnt urge you to do stretches before or after the fitness test. Othetwise a superb app - I love it!

I use the app to count macros and it's saved me a lot of time. I don't have to think and stress about what I need to eat for the entire week or walk in circles in the grocery aisles anymore. Looking forward to more recipes in the future.

It is a great virtual coach and a kick in the butt to get up and going. It is like having a personal trainer and workout partner all wrapped in one.
