Very good fitness app explaining to you the muscle and skeletal anatomy. Videos on how to perform exercises plus it has a nutrition plan and training plan for you. Highly recommended for everyone!
I take pleasure in doing the workout. Some new movements that I've never done before. Have a good burn and pump. Great job!
It's a great app for whatever you need though the back workout need a bit more to counter chest

I wish it had the ability to record my workout. Unless I missed it, you can only view the workout. Would also be nice to have a timer to go with the tracker for rest times. Great app though
Makes tracking the workouts a nd nutrition goals easy. I've been using it for the last week.
llike the design and concept of this app however I cannot sign up because it keeps saying "invalid signature"

Its great when ot worked fine for.oneday full of great info but now an error keeps stopping it opening

I haven't gotten to shredded yet but I'm loving the progress so far. A little intense for newbies but intense enough to push your limits. The science drew me to this program so i know it's not just stuff slapped together. I love that its a complete program including nutrition, training and supplementation. It doesn't consider training status though. Good so far...can't wait to see my results at the end of the 6 weeks and onward. Definitely worth the try. And for free...ppffttt...what is there to lose.
I love this program. I had great results the first time I did it and this second time is just for fun. I would like to see a free text box or some way of tracking weights and workouts like you can in body space for progression purposes, but there it's too tedious to mark for each set and reps the same thing over and over. If they can fix this or merge the two it would be a stellar app. Aside from that it's a pretty good app.
I've done a variety of these workout plans for about a year and a half. Learn many different ways to train and new ways to apply fitness habits. I've lost 31# since and I've got many more to go. This plan is great because of the timing of lift makes it so you master a move, become discipline with form require less weight to obtain a good sore.
Just downloaded and played around a little. Lots of good information. I think it would be better if you could track the workouts in the app. I'm not a fan of the BodySpace app, and this could have replaced it. Kind of disappointed.

Great program. Loads of useful info. The set tempo's and the videos explaining what's going on with your body as you do the movement really help you to understand what you should feel through the excersices. Follow it exactly, push yourself but only with perfect form, eat and sleep well and you will see results.
