Well, I was just starting my fifth Bodyspace trainer when they decided now we have to pay a monthly fee. I am going to school to be an athletic trainer so I guess I'll go back to writing my own workouts. These were my favorite apps EVER. I'm just very disappointed.
Are you kidding me? Bodyspace i have lost all respect for you . Not everyone can afford to be paying a monthly fee for somehing... i was seeing real results and now I have go go elsewhere.. i thought you guys wanted to see change in people instead of change in your wallets
Was a good program till BBC. Com got greedy and put it behind subscription charges I had to stop it in my second week
Absolutely love Ashley Horner. This app was fantastic until bodybuilding got greedy and decided to charge out of nowhere to use it.
Charlie mike is a great program however am giving it a 1 star as something that used to be free I now have to pay for. No thank you.

What happened? I was doing these exercises for the longest time and now they're asking for a subscription?? That's a little messed up to be cut off mid routine to have you start paying for what you've been doing for the passed two months
Was loving the app until I was completely unable to login after being prompted to pay a ridiculous fee. Not interested. Guess I will just have to deal with body space or pen/paper.
Was good until I had to pay 2 weeks later. Talk about a bait and switch ???? would not recommend.
I really liked this app but suddenly I have to pay to use it. I've had it on my phone for probably close to a year and never had to. Not going to use it.
I've gone back to this program many times and now it requires a fee. It was a good workout. Just kinda odd for the old program to start charging rather than coming out with new workouts
Loved the program mixed in nicely with mine. Was advertised as free and would have prompted me to maybe buy some more programs in the future but they decided to initiate a price out of no where. (Talk about discouragement for people) I emailed customer service with no help whatsoever they just continued to push their "all access" subscription that they just launched. But some of us do not need all access to every program out there especially when you use one for 6 plus weeks. Also some of us professional trainers just use them to incorporate into our own routines and programming on a personal basis so we can get out of the monotony of having to think of every angle to take for ourselves. As doing that for clients and yourself can take the excitement out of what's next. Sincerely disappointed and torn on this. Even with continuing buying product from the site. I'll probably pay the money this month just to finish it as I hate quitting something. But that will probably be the end of that cone week 6.
I love the program, the organization, and Ashley Horner is just an overall beast. I do wish I could input my 1RM and other details into the app, but I carry my workout log with me anyway. ❤ thanks for providing a free program! Pipehitter is also great for anyone looking for another program after this
If you think this workout is only for women,think again!! This is for anyone who has the balls to become a beast and never quit! This program is continuing to help me show my weak points and become a better athlete.
These workouts are legit ,they will push you to your max ,be prepared for a little pain these workouts are legit they will push you to your max be prepared for some pain, but all the gains. Love the programming.
Getting results in muscle gains and not gaining fat. Don't feel like I'm being deprived of good tasting food. A real challenge in the gym!! Love it!
I didn't know what to do in the gym until I found this app! I'm getting great results, and I'm so glad I have a plan to follow everyday. Makes it much easier to navigate the gym!
It's easy to use and very motivating to check the days off as I complete them! I'm only on week two but feeling great! There are some workouts that I have to research some alt. because my gym doesn't have all of the equipment but workouts are still effective.
This program is totally kicking my butt and I love it. The app helps a lot too. I love that I can watch the videos of each exercise to make sure I do it correctly.
Needed a new workout that will push me and motivate me to go hard. I love this app Ashley Horner did a handsome job.

I like knowing what to do each day and the foods that will keep me going. I need to understand how the whey protein works but overall this is a challenge to my body and I like it

This is my third program and swear this is for everyone how want put on test their limits fabulous program and for sure i going to do it again, i mentioned i get great GAINS too
The workout plan is good but the app doesn't have options that are fundamental, like to track the weight or reps I did it. It would be good because I could see how my progress is.
This app is amazing the work out are awesome just what you need to keep your heart pumping
I'm on week 2 and loving it so far. Good mix of weightlifting and cardio. I do wish you could log in your 1RM and timing. Then it could tell you how much you should be lifting on the other weeks.
Going good so far loving how compact it is an how you almost always work your entire body every time .
I love this program especially for women. It's easy to follow and the exercises are explained in a good way. Add the videos of the alternative exercises in as well, that would make it even easier.
I am getting stronger with the workouts. I LOVE this app.
Love how there is changes in every week even though targeting the same areas. Having a dieet option is a bonus!

This is an amazing workout program. I thought it was going to be easy but after the start of week two I was on the floor. I love the challenge.
Killing week 3, got the update and now I have to pay to finish. I really loved the workouts but I can't afford to pay the gym and an app to get fit.
I have used this app multiple times and love the program. They started Charging. Which sucks because the workouts are old. Come out with new ones and charge then.

This workout is great, but not worth paying for. I used this plan to build my own. I got rid of the workouts that were not challenging to me, and added my own. It was fine to use while it was free, not to pay for.
