After I put my height, sex and click continue, the app gives me a message saying "You are not allowed to take this action" it was working fine yesterday. I uninstall the app and reinstall it but it keeps doing the same. Please fix the issue!
The meal plan and list is very helpful and the workouts are very well put together. This workout is not for beginners but it's not to advanced either. It's a perfect Middle ground. Overall a great workout program
I liked it. It takes me around 40 min to finish and get out of the gym totally exhausted. I wish I have someone to spot me to lift more. 2 weeks so far.
It's a great little app that I haven't had any issues with and it gives me some new things to try. Keeps my workouts from being mundane.
Great consistent workout program to help create a healthy lifestyle! Only on week 2, so week 12 should definitely give me a better idea of how good it really is.

I am 100# overweight and I'm able to do 90% of the workouts without issue. Other workouts are easily adapted or substitutable.
Meal plan, weight training with Hiit training is all you need to release the inner Freak in you all in one easy to use app. One word "Awesome"!
Great app only thing that would make it better is a way to track your weights/rep in app.

Hits all the major muscle groups, includes cardio, abs and a variety of substitute exercises to fit your personal style. It all helps you follow a solid program while giving you the abilty to make some changes that ultimately help you own your workout. The only things I would like to see more of is the nutrition peice. Some additional food ideas and guidance on planning meals would really give this program everything you need.
