Workout Trainer - Classic for Android
I think it is a great app to keep accountable. I just upgraded to the paid version though and still can't see what weights I lifted at last time. How can I track my progress if I can't see my history?
Great motivator even after you have ignored it for a while. Not annoying like some apps. To be expected in a fitness app. Seems to be making continuos improvements.
I like the customization. I have a back injury and I am able to avoid exercises in the routine that won't work for me. Highly recommend this :)
I love this app more than anything. Use it for every gym session. You won't get bored with this as every session is different and tailor made. Recommend it to anyone looking for help in the gym
Love that the app puts workouts together, however my schedule changes from one week to the next. The app doesn't allow for people in this situation. Instead, we can only list the specific days of the week that we go to the gym.
The new app is great and I feel it makes things clearer for me and easier to understand.
Every now and then it tries to force workouts that you don't have equipment for but overall it's pretty solid.
Great app, but the new icon on Android is ugly and pixelated
Use it every day. Instructions are clear and easy to follow.
No options to edit the exercises as in the web. Too complex GUI needs to be simplified
Great workouts and wonderful new improvements to the app.
A perfect app for gym at home
Mooi
App has great potential, love the customization possible. But some exercises have missing or incorrect videos, and the length of workout seems random and not matched to the schedule I've set. One day my 45 minute workout contained a list of exercises and a single one was slotted for 40 minutes, so overall was way longer than 45. Now I've had 2 days in a row where the plan was far too short, like by half. If it estimated better it would make a huge difference.
I LOVE this app! Workouts customized by your preference, equipment and fitness goals. It also adapts each exercise to accommodate soreness, etc. There is so much potential to make this the best workout app of all time. Suggestions: finish the videos!!! Some of the exercises have no video or picture, and I found some exercises that didn't even have a description. Not cool. There should also be a "favorite" exercise option, so it will be incorporated more often. Please continue to improve this amazing app!
While free version is awesome, I see zero use in paid one. Nutrition menu and navigation are cluttered, there is no meal plan for specific workout regime as I imagined. Really painful to understand. Authors have not replied to my questions so there is zero support. Canceled my subscription. I will continue to use free version, but no way I am paining for this.
BodBot had been the best training app I've found, freeletics is close, but more expensive. The exercise sets are always changed up to focus different body areas, and there is a wide variety of exercises. I like being able to choose which equipment is available, or say I can only exercise at home when I'm on vacation. While I find Myfitnesspal better at tracking food, BodBot is the best personal trainer. The recent update fixes all the bugs that were plaguing the app. Great support.
A great trainer, as a lifetime member I rely on it for my workouts. But it's an app that has been around for years but it's progress has been slow. Access buttons to change btwn metric and imperial units are no where to be found. The diet section is extensive but still limited compared to other apps, where you can scan in the bar code of your meal to know exactly the caloric value of your meal. Forced to estimates to closest food option on the list on Bodbot. Also, can't add exercise done outside the app.
I've never used a personal trainer, so I'm finding the taking orders thing pretty novel. The fitness tests are great for customizing routines, and for people (me) who otherwise wouldn't bother including stretching and mobility in routines, it's a great motivator to stay with those things that don't feel "important" in the moment. Some nitpicking: • It would be nice if I could chose available equipment per day ... Some days I'd like to work or from home, where I have less. • Timer is mostly helpful but a little naïve about time needed to switch sides for two-step exercises. • • • Overall this is a great tool for people looking for a fresh take on their fitness.
Month calendar should be made available in android. It would be of great convenience. Also missed workout option should also be there in android. Calories burnt should be displayed in android. Also calories should be accurate. For days without workout, exercise now button should be there in android. More or less, features available in web version should also be available in android.
This is a great fitness app. I love learning new exercises, and it has helped me gain muscle and lose fat. The new version is fast and has lots of built in features, such as a timer.
This app really motivates me to work out. I bought a year pass for the extended version but it's really not worth it if you only want the app for the work out part. It doesn't expand on the work outs at all.
It's always nice when a development team takes suggestions for improving this app. The incorporated exercise/rest interval timer is good, and it's even better now that it has a haptic and audio alarm to get your attention.
Very slow even paid for the nutritional information but it is so basic it's not worth it no meal plans just a food log couldn't connect to fit bit either as it took too long to load.
Web version is better, and it had minor functionality problems, but I give the app 5 stars because I think it is more comprehensive and useful than other similar apps. I really appreciate that the app adjusts my workout to how I'm feeling that day.
Good descriptions of the workouts, but I feel they just shuffle the cats and deal them out randomly
If you don't know the exercise lingo, you won't understand anything this app has to offer.
It seems that I've used this app before, but I don't remember the password. There's no link to have it reset.
It is great way of really getting into working out based on what you can do, the amount of time you have available and what you have accessible to you. Whether you have no equipment at home or if you are going to the gym. I just wish that some of the training tests had demonstration videos like the exercises do.
Can't input my height. Web based version is awesome.
The service is great to sculpt your body. This way, I got a workout plan that made me work on muscles I never really worked before
This app has helped me keep a consistent routine and having to design my own work out. So far I like it a lot.
This app is awesome. Very easy to use, free with the option to upgrade for $ and a very personalised work out based on the exercise tests!!
Sergio and the Bodbot team just keep adding tweaks to make this app user-friendly and customized to your needs!
The beep between timed sets is a great new addition
Great platform. Tailors plan to your needs. Excellent bonus features in paid edition. Lacks integration.
It is great workout trainer app.. Proper way in proper manner... Wonderful...
Missing a lot of videos but the descriptions are in-depth
This description agrees with the title.

This app is awesome! It schedules all your workouts for you, while taking into accounts your availability, level of commitment, fitness goal and level, equipment available, etc. It asks how you feel before and after each workout and adjusts the exercises accordingly. It even lets you evaluate your posture and flexibility and then selects exercises to improve them (while excluding others that would make them worse). Perfect for people who want to train responsibly, at their own pace and with purpose.
