Honk Shoo Lite Sound Machine

I've been looking for this app since I lost it months ago! J LOVE the Traffic sound. It reminds me of traveling at night as a child when I would fall asleep while my dad was driving. The sound of the cars whooshing by was and still is, sleep-inducing. Excellent app. Good job!

This app has been used with three kids now. This app is useful for helping kids calm down and fall asleep. I can only go shshsh so long. This app saves the day. It's super easy to use and I can't hear it loop. I know it does but I can't hear it.

I use this app as my travel sound machine with a Bluetooth speaker. I have been through several other sound machine apps that I have always picked up the loop in...I do not hear the loop with this one. I just noticed there's a paid version and I'm going to go get it for the simple fact that I like the free one so much I owe it to the developer for getting it right. Thanks.

I simply cannot sleep without it. Get it if you need noise to sleep.

I cant sleep without noise this app is amazing im always using it to fall asleep. I have had no issues with it at all. The timer works the noises are great just love it!

This app is the only way I can sleep in unfamiliar places. The heavy rain is so good that I'm always confused to see the sun shining when I wake up. The app permissions have me a little alarmed (no pun intended), though and the explanation from three creator seems a little shady - Why would your ads need to read my contacts? Might buy ad-free.

Used to love this sound machine, now it stops Everytime my phone blacks out. Same with my husband phone. Something wrong with app

For some reason app keeps turning off at midnight

My 3yr old daughter has trouble sleeping and we've tried TONS of different apps to help. Right when I opened this one she instantly became interested. She went through the pics for a while and fell asleep when she got to the whale songs! :D

I have a Note 4 and my screen always comes back on after i turn it off.

I've tried a lot of them and I always go back to this one. Lots of sounds and nothing extra to purchase. Best one by far

Good app for a sound machine. I use it when I travel.

I live next to a commuter rail route. The trains always wake me up when they go by late at night and early in the morning. I was using a dedicate white noise generator until it broke and I decided to give this a try. Works great to fall asleep, but some of the sounds have a fraction of a second of silence between loops. Sudden silence followed by jumping back to full volume instantly is so jolting that it even makes me jump when it happens and I am still awake. If it faded out and back in again, that would not be too bad, but even I know how to cut a sound track so it can be looped without clicks or silence and I an a dolt with free audacity software.

My 16 month old son has been sleeping with this since he was born. Uses waterfall. With the screen on dim its also his nightlight.

If only there was sound. Nice pictures and all, but without sound this is pretty much a fail. This app actually works on my Kindle fire. Disappointed that it doesn't work on my galaxy s5

I've had this app for a long time. I used it to help my daughter sleep. However, as time has gone by, it crashed more and more frequently. I finally had enough tonight and uninstalled it.

Until my last vacation. Kept shutting off after about 20 minutes waking us up each time. After 3 times, we shut it off completely. I only recently began having this problem so I hope this last update fixes the problem. Otherwise, I love this app on Heavy Rain

Simple and straight forward, it puts me to sleep quickly and isnt so noisy that it disturbs my dog. Ive tried other apps that simply just didnt cut it, they were too loud and kept my dog awake which kept me up or they where so complex and had just way too many sounds going at once. This is app is perfectly simple and works like a charm.

The number choices for sounds is unmatched. Its easy to use. And even though the transistions between each screen for different sounds are not perfectly smooth, the entire UI is pretty and intuitive. For anyone who says there is only one sound doesn't realize that you can swipe the screens to move to a new sound, which is coupled with a pretty corresponding picture. And the dev returned an email immediately after I asked about some things. So, a great product all around. It saved me in a tight spot one night with my kid and I continue to use it since then.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now. The loop doesn't skip like others I've tried. Used on a DroidX2

...not sure why this has to run in the background when I am not using it. I'm sure it has to do with the ability to continue playing sound when the device is in standby, but it would be nice to control which hours its able to do this. I'm going to try archiving this everyday and reinstalling it at night when I need it to get back the 14MB it consumes throughout the day. However, the sounds most useful for blocking outside noise while you sleep are well-looped and sound very good. Having tried many different apps, this one sounds the most natural.

I didn't like the sounds very much. I really wanted the fan sound to be better then it was.

Stays on all night if you want it to but in most of the sounds I recognized the cycle quickly so it was distracting. Waterfall was the best.

I was going to rate it zero stars because it made me sleep *so well* I thought I'd never wake up!

Our umpteenth sound machine broke so I loaded this and it has been a standard to sleeping. It helps as it goes everywhere and has a timer. Multiple sounds though I have used static and has only quit once in the last couple months. Good stuff.

Jumping hotel to hotel for work. Perfect app. Sounds like I'm home. Sleep like a baby.

At home I sleep with a fan or have some background noise, at my friends house on his sweet pull out cot, I don't. This app is perfect for drowning out the sound of his cat in the sh*ter...

Puts my wife and I to sleep, and when helps us relax.

Does help me sleep, but my phone's screen keeps coming on in the middle of the night. Makes me think they are accessing my phone while I'm asleep, so I'm removing the app. Otherwise would have gotten 5 stars.
