Just tried the app gor the first time. Entered the zip code to find the store, says no restaurant found. Entered city and state, still no restaurant found. Funny, its been here for 15+ years. Ordered Outback instead. Deleting this app now

I downloaded the app to try and place a carry out order for my wife and I this morning and it insists there there are no locations in Columbus, OH, which I know is false because there is one not even a minute from my house. Needs some improvements before I'll be interested in trying the app again.

App is not displaying the Bob Evans that is just 2 miles from my house....yet it is displaying the one that CLOSED years ago. Crazy! The old one was bulldozed and the new one built in its place.

Good for locating restaurants and placing orders (he said, having never placed an order), but I was trying to find nutrition information. On an unrelated note, the website isn't quite mobile-friendly, which is why I got the app at all.

I entered zip code, but app couldn't find store. I then tried city and state....no good. I tried just state....that didn't work. Lastly I tried another zip....and it gave me a completely different city. Web works just fine....uninstalling.

Something is wrong with the restaurant search of this app. It will not find any of the 3 locations we have in our town and if you can't select a restaurant, you can't place an order.

I installed the app while seated at a Bob Evans restaurant but each time I searched for a location it said there weren't any. I have tried several times since and got the same results. emailed Bob Evans but so far no response.

Doesn't work. I put in my zip code, city and state, and just state but it says nothing is near. I live just over a mile from one. Crappy app

Wouldn't show any Bob Evans locations even though there's one very close to my home. Tried by zip and by location from my device. Completely useless.

Sitting in a Bob Evans parking lot look for locations near me and can't find it typing manual ZIP codes of locations I physically know exist can't find a Bob Evans this app is terrible

Not all Bob Evans locations available on the app which renders the app useless. Better to order online on a web browser to the location that's half mile away rather than the one that's 11 miles away.

I have 3 locations within 10 miles of me that don't appear on the app. Makes app worthless!

It may be fine, but I can't get the maps to register any zip code or city. So until they fix that bug it's kinda broken and useless.

Can't seem to get past the location screen to place an order. I put in multiple zip codes, and it just says no nearby location. Which isn't true. Uninstalled it

Every time I try to order a salad it tells me to select my meat option and will only allow me to add grilled Salmon. Even though it says that it comes with chicken.

I was gonna give 5 stars because I love this app. However, for some reason when you checkout and go to enter a promo code, that part is missing. Until that's fixed, it'll stay at 3 stars.

I love this app but today my closest rest. isn't coming up and none of the menu items aren't available for selection

Not able to locate store. Trying to reorder says store not found. Even going to website can't order. Entire system broke.

This is worthless wont find a single location cant place a order. Its 100 pecent junk

App stopped working. No matter what I try it cannot find ANY restaurants. Used to be on of my favorite apps.

The prices BE charges you would think the app would be a little more sophisticated and maybe have offers or coupons.

I typed in my zip code and it said no location near me, funny I have one 3.7 miles from me.

I have a Bob Evans right in my town and this app says not found. I checked the next town over and that restaurant is not found either. Pretty useless.

I even searched my state and none still came up. And there are plenty in my state.

This app is horrible trying to order several meals for dinner it takes ten times longer than it should first have to select dinner or lunch eventually scroll to what you want after selecting one meal it wants to check you out then you have to start over again by selecting lunch and dinner because it's too stupid to remember what you were ordering for in addition doll that it doesn't even contain the entire menu try ordering a chef salad good luck terrible a terrible terrible terrible. and did I say, terribl

It's ok, but when trying to make a reservation for 20 family members, they won't allow it.

Was emailed an offer for 8 pc chicken dinner carryout. Couldn't find it anywhere on their mobile site or app. Had to call it in.

I am able to order and pick up as the app allows one to do. But there is no place to enter coupons codes and it doesn't match to the web pages Stated offerings for locations. 3 stars because it manages to succeed in the most basic of what it claims to do and nothing else.

This app is a complete waste of time. Every time there's a choice of an item within a combo one of the choices are always missing. It won't let me add multiple items to order for my family. And doesn't accept my credit card.

App works great, but there are always issues at the store. Curbside pickup up is a joke. You can sit out there for hours no one is going to come check on you. I was told you have to call and let them know you're out there. By the time I do that I can just come in.

Cant even locate the store i ordered from previously...search everytime for a store? Why cant the app remember my local store...just rediculous to use the app when online ordering is easier! Epic app failure!

No longer working for me... had to uninstall. Friday breakfast has been Bob's for 5 months until now.

The worst app ever don't download it.

When checking out, the option to apply coupon codes isn't available.

App didn't transmit order to restaurant. Total waste of time

They removed the promo code box that you could load your coupon code with. This needs to be fixed
