Worst app and worst service. Added money , transaction was successful but money not added to wallet. Customer executive tell it will take 2-3 days to reflect. Worst service

It automatically sends SMS from My mobile phone and costs 1.5 Rs instead of OTP. Then there are transaction charges even for basic recharges. Couldn't see any mechanism for contacting customer support. Wanted to know what were mapped bank accounts and what were unmapped.

Please don't download the app, my money was debited from my wallet for recharge my idea mobile but nee charge not done. and the amount was not credited back. ITZ cash respond and credit my money back then only i will change my review. And Money transfer charges to send bank are too much. The paytm and payzapp are giving free of cost for money transfers to bank account. If the ITZ will give money transfer to bank account free of cost. It would be wonderful app then ionly i will give 5star rating and positive review
