While the app is functional and useful it has the following serious flaws: 1. The data is not live. I.e. once you initiate a search, the status and location of buses at that instant is fetched and shown. So 10 seconds later you don't know where the bus is. Then you have to keep refreshing and on every refresh it can take upto 30 seconds to fetch data. 2. Some routes are missing. Atleast on the ITPL-Banashankari route, 500-N doesn't show up on the app. 3. There should be someway to select a bus stop from a map view. Sometimes you don't know the exact name of the bus stop which you are at so would be really helpful in those places.

Its very useful , you know when your bus will arrive your stop so you can plan your time properly. its good app , once you marked your favorite rout it will be very useful . Some more accuracy in bus arrival is needed. This app has very high potential to solve Bangalore traffic . This App can be made very generic to use is all city & towns & suburbs . This app need to be made more popular more user should use. I hope all the problems of this app should solved and reach very success.

This app lets you know the exact position of the bus by getting info from the GPS trackers fit in all the BMTC buses and provides time estimate. The trip planner is the most useful feature I use daily. Now you need not look at the root number, rather you start looking at the registration number of the bus. It takes a very long time to start the app in 2g network.

The app needs a serious upgrade with respect to user friendliness. Its really hard to navigate between features. The information is not unified, we have to jump across options to get different information. But ideally all the relevant information like route, charge, buse info had to be easily accessible in one place

One of the issues which I face regularly is when the starting point of the bus is my stop. We cannot use trip planner in such cases as buses are not showing until the bus is in bus stop for departure, this doesn't allow us to track the bus for planning in advance.

I downloaded the app to check status of KIA (Airport) buses as I had a flight to catch. My nearest stop was Electronic City so the bus that I had to catch was KIA8 but this app was showing incorrect information as to where the bus is and how many buses were on route. I'm currently in the bus writing this review and this app is not showing the bus in which I'm travelling on the map. Moreover, Silk Board is not mentioned as KIA8's stop.

Fails to even install. Today installed. I had version 1 and instead of updating it, it was prompting me to install as if it was not there on my phone. I realized I had this app already but was not using it. So anyway I removed previous version and deleted data of this app before uninstall and tried to install and then it got installed. Why it doesn't update from previous version !

Bus locations are not updated properly from time to time. If the bus location is seen after some time, bus location is updated to previous location instead of next location on the route and after some time bus info never appears on the list. This I have observed with bus route V-500D (silkboard to hebbala). Kindly request the bmtc to rectify this issue. Also frequency of V-500D is very less. Otherwise app works fine.

I want to plan a trip from Avenue Rd to Palace Grounds. I think there is a bus service from Palace Grounds to Kempegowda Bus Stand but I cannot find it. I hope the app displays correct information Regards, K.

The mobile helps me alot. I would like to suggest one thing, to add an alarm feature. Which can help the passenger to know that is next stop. If a passenger uses this app and slept. This alarm could be helpful feature to the passenger. I love this app alot. It helps me to catch my bus on time without any delay. one more thing the feedback functionality is not working. Thank you.

Accurate timings ✔️. Hangs sometimes but works fine on restarting the app. Also, sometimes on entering the route number, either shows UP routes or DOWN routes. Doesn't toggle between the two. Overall, an amazing app to keep track of buses

The bus details on individual routes are not updated on trip planner. I was informed by the conductor that each BMTC bus plies on different routes. The app showed information uploaded yesterday and hence the bus which I boarded today would ply on a different route and would not go to the destination I wanted to be dropped off. This defeats the very object of a trip planner.

I had complained to the developers that I am unable to search for 'depot-10 gate' in the 'trip planner' section. I am forced to select 'place' option & select 'hennur bus Depot', then choose 'depot-10 gate'. The developers told me to simply search for it in trip planner but the problem is the stop didn't show up. Please rectify.

The app is good and has potential to be better. The searches need to be more user friendly. And off late since past two days the app almost doesn't work, unable to conduct any searches at all

This is a total nonsense app. Forget the very bad ux part, even the data is not consistent. You search for in one particular route few times in a span of 5 mins, it shows you different buses. Some of them don't even exist. Next in route search, some buses will never appear. Don't rely on data coming from this app.

Same bus number but shows different route number if we wait for night time 100% go mad only

Never i have seen a bus 500QK which comes around 10:55AM to Manyata Embassy Business Park but it shows up in app as departed. The app shows 3 buses near manyata after 5minutes if refreshed it shows one bus that too as trip not started. Information and location is not at all correct.The app needs a serious upgrade with thorough regression testing before releasing to users to avoid unnecessary time waste.. waiting for the buses that would never come

1. If you want to board the bus in the starting point, it shows the bus only after the bus arrives @the bus stop(600 all series starting @banashankari ttmc) 2 . If a bus goes over flyover, bus stops below flyover are mentioned. Leads to catch wrong bus or wait for not arriving bus. (410 series @kudlu gate) 3. UI lol so lame. 4. Its so slow in 3g or 4mbps WiFi connection too. Please rectify such errors. 5. Buses which pass through kadirenahalli park and cross is mentioned when (need space to put more errors)

App does it work but it is not at all user friendly. One needs to really spend a lot of time to understand how it works. Plus we should have some more information with respect to timetable and analytics

Dear BMTC, it is very difficult for users like me to enter the exact bus stops if they don't know the where the bus stop is exactly located. I request you to also allow users to choose bus stops by showing them on maps, which will make it easy. An additional helpful feature can be just entering start and end location using GPS and then showing available intermediate routes, as I recall Google maps provides such service already, so integrating that service shouldn't be much of an issue. Hope you act on the suggestions.

Am very happy that BMTC is replying and also really trying to fix problems.... The non availability of GPS on 224-D is now fixed. Also refresh button has been provided,a and problem with 224-C is now fixed . Am very happy . Good work BMTC

Update : of late, the tracking of vayu vajra buses has become unreliable. Most of the time they are not trackable or give out incorrect information. Please take appropriate action to resolve this issue. Thank You. ---- Firstly, let me congratulate BMTC for implementing the bus tracking facility through the app. I have been using the app to track the airport buses on my route from home to work and it seems to work about 50% of the time. Routes KIAS-7A, 6, 4 and 4A are the ones I track and it is such a blessing when I am able to track the bus. Few suggestions: 1. Please implement tracking of all the KIAS buses. 2. Allow tracking multiple pre configured route numbers at once - maybe put it on home page for quick access.

It's very accurate and really helpful. It almost makes up for the unpredictable traffic jams and delay in departure timings in Bangalore!

First of all, I've to thank BMTC as they have introduced this app which is really helpful to plan the trip. I'm traveling from wipro gate to eco space and vice versa daily. I think there is vajra service. Bus route is V-500E. Please update GPS information in this bus especially when it is starting from wipro gate. We couldn't track it.

In my experience the app has been quite accurate, in most cases. Whenever I need to travel, I look up buses near stops- the real time information about the bus ETA is very accurate and helpful to help me decide whether I should wait or take cab/ auto instead. I think this app can help one make the best of BMTC services.

This app used to work fine few months back bt now it's crazy. This happened to me 2 consecutive times, I was waiting at the bus stop & the app said route number 501-BH bus will arrive in 13 mins & after looking for all 13 mins at every bus that passed by the app says the bus passed by ( I mean it vanished) when in reality the bus never came there. Same time when I checked for bus with route number 410-FA it said the trip is yet to start and I almost booked a cab n the bus came right in front of me same min!

The app is very useful but the app is not user friendly. As soon as I select the bus it should show where it is on the map but it doesn't. Make the app simpler. Some bus info missing like D-6. This d-6 bus is very rare and it'd be helpful if I knew where it is on the map.

V-500DE bus timings are not useful as they don't run regularly.they are very less buses in this route..it would be great if u increase the frequency in this route.I never get this bus location and running time properly in the app..kindly look into this.Either it shows the wrong bus or doesn't show at all.

This is working properly, but the conductors and the drivers are not working nor responding properly, very bad response from them all on daily basis also, is it mandatory to talk to them in local languages like Kannada, Tamil or Telugu. This is very bad.

Half of the app doesn't work properly. Poorly designed.

Good so I am edited but not showing for all buses.GPS is slow loading and not refreshing automatically.if we touch the flag or bus along with bus registration number location also exact appears its good.

When it shows some bus about to reach stop, it never comes. And few buses when they come they never go towards where we are want to go. Completely misleading information is shown in ur idiotic app.

The app is too slow. You have to wait for 2/seconds after typing every character. A bit annoying

I am G-9 daily traveller before when I enter from shivajinagar to yelahanka police station I use to get ETA of G-9 bus along with other buses was showing. After previous update G-9 bus status is not showing in trip planner. In this updated version too it's the same. I think u have to update stop list from yhk police station to yelahanka police station. And estimated time of arrival some time varies from actual. And in some cases bus would have already left the stop to the next but status in app show as near

I use this app to track KIAS 7A bus _ regular user n it's been very helpful n 90% accurate..... Thank u.

Bus numbers are listed incorrectly sometimes. Useful App. But still needs a lot of polishing.. Keep making this app better team!..

This app is gud but it is not working from 2 days , it is not showing any updates also. No info abt any bus in the app, kindly do necessary change . Let dat help many people who need in emergency time so dat v get the bus easily Nd not to wait for bus hours together

I boarded the same bus as shown by app to go to RR nagar from ecospace but conductor said that the bus goes only till banashankari.to be verified if problem with app or with the driver/conductor who don't complete the trip. Bus details : ka 01 FA 1607 , DATE 2nd Jan 2017 evening 5:45pm

Bearable, Many features are don't work/below the usability mark. Bus routes are sometimes inaccurate.

Very good app from a govt organizations. 3 cheers. This needs more marketing so that more bmtc commuter use it. This app helps to see bus timing & it's arrivals on the route I want to commute. Also with bus number and expected time of arrival. Amazing app, example for data analytics and intelligence Best Regards Prakash
