Safaricom Daily Nation Reader

The app downloads the paper but when trying to read, the app crashes every time. The downloaded paper is also password protected hence no way of ever reading it. Sent mail to devs but no response.

Nobody replies to support emails. Luke today. The paper is password protected. On 26th Dec, despite having payed, it gave an error issue not found.I am done with this

Have this day added back the 5 stars. The long time problem has been solved. A lot of improvement have been made. Now my best . Have been downloading and reading my e papers for the past one month with no problem. Using Neon tablet.

Does it really have to be Safaricom network. So the rest who are not using safaricom should go to hell or not read your paper. Style up Nation Media you are more than a puppet

Bogus app worked well awhile back but now just kulas chums. I'm back to buying the 'hard copy' paper

The app worked fine but for 1 wk now I cannot access my account after several attempts. I have even reset my password without success.

I bought the newspaper now cannot access it. The app states Unfortunately, Safaricom Daily Nation reader has stopped. Clicking on report takes me to my order details which is already completed. Very discouraged after a break from using this app when it used to work. I feel conned of my hard earned cash.

Useless.. cant use it on my new phone.. keeps saying "accessing from different device". Crap

Hey,what's up with the password protection? Why are we paying and not getting our due?? Or are you closing shop on the app? Please deal with that password issue or tell us which password to use

Below average. Every time you download the epaper,the reader fails or stops working.its a waste of data

This is just a useless app. Don't waste your time, space and money to download it. How can you buy a news paper everyday and it disappear from your store? NO ACCESS TO THE ARCHIVE. I recommend for the older version.

Installed fort time, worked for while and then stopped. I un- installed and re- installed but I had already missed so much. Since 7 am today till now 3 pm. It is still verifying payment...I know I have money in thee phone. I have removed it to reinstall....then there is no adequate space and the phone has 5gb so far....low rating. Now I have changed my device but can't log in because apparently I am using this with another device. ...and that; s my earlier phone which has failed... Aiiii

Keeps crashing with a stock message indicating that that the App has stopped. Complete waste of data space and bundles. I will defunately not recommend anyone to download this App. Daily Nation please resolve issues surrounding this App which going by the complaints below are numerous. Your competitors are miles ahead of you
