Paid content doesn't register (their ability to take the fee suffers no such problem), and when you request a refund, the customer service rep says it's out of his hands (it isn't) before ignoring all further communique. Shameful stuff all around.

I like best practice. But i hate this app. Virtually freezes/crashes every time I use it. I sent a feedback to them and never got a reply. Problem didn't improve a bit after using this app for 1 year or so. I think they didn't even try improving this app

The content is excellent. The app execution is buggy. Occasionally crashes. Frequently forgets last opened page. Sometimes becomes very slow if the content amount is too large. Will give 6 if possible, if problem solved.

I thought it was good paid for gastro . Could not access . Wrote a mail , they said are investigating fully . After 1 week no reply . Cancelled subscription . Appalling service and I have all proofs to show .

This app is very useful. It is fast and the contents are well researched and appropriate. I think the slowness complaints as well as crashing should be blamed on individual devices. To me I have never encountered any problem from my two devices. First one is HTC D816 and the other is X-BO V9 (Chinese model) running on Android and they both run smoothly. Thanks BMJ for such a nice work.

Crashes all the time. Very slow, takes ages to load anything. Please fix. Works beautifully on ios but android version is unusable. Shame since BMJ is a great resource.

This app is terribly slow and the search function is either broken or just takes too long to find stuff, especially after being suspended in the background. It's a pity because the stuff inside it is actually pretty good. But I find content faster on the BMJ website than the offline content stored on this app.

I dislike it, not for the materials/information , but for the frequent Jamming/crushing and the need to forcefully close the app from task manager.. i can not even pass the index page! It was fine 1 month ago, Hope they update it.

After two years purchase of "psychiatry, neurology & neurosurgery" package, I just cancelled my subscription and uninstalled this app. Poor customer service, I mailed them without reply regarding many problems. I tried the app along 2 ys on 2 tablets, 3 Android phones and iPad. Same bugs, and same slowness. Regards the medical content of the app, it is superficial, may be directed to GPs or family doctors, not appropriate to any specialized level. Content is not updated like the web site.

Although I bought "all topics" there is content on the Web version which is missing in the app. The rest is good. The app needs improvement.
