Having the same issue as everyone else. I've contacted BMC and waiting for their response.
It directly gets logged into default Service Desk of Calbro Services. Even after logging out of the profile it's getting authenticed automatically and gets logged into same profile. Please fix this asap. Thanks
BMC have you bothered to read any of these reviews? This product cannot be logged out from the demo credentials and configured to work with our own servers.... what are you doing, why isn't there another version of this? Please pay attention, especially given the user community is commercial, we will determine your future!
This is stuck in some kind of demo. You can't actually log into your own BMC instance with this app. Useless.
Note: It's only a demo! Per BMC documentation: "You must make the Android and iOS clients available to your users. Your users should not use the client applications available from iTunes and from Google Play. The client applications in iTunes and Google Play are configured to connect to the BMC demo environment. If the user automatically gets an updated version of the client from iTunes or Google Play, that updated version might not match the version of your Smart IT server and might not work with your server."

Is it so difficult for the developers to specify its a poc sw.
I tried smart it on my laptop there is Create incident button but i didnt see it on mobile application. when i wanna create i have to use the smart recorder instead of it. Moreover, it would be great if I can create incident from the asset that I found via barcode scan, now I can related the asset with the existing incident.
I can't get to my instance
This app is stuck in demo mode or something. It automatically logs you into an account that looks like the screenshots. If you try logging out, it logs you back in automatically into the same demo account.

Please fix and release update. We only use Asset Management and CMDB. So no tickets. Want to select Asset tab but it automatically opens Ticket tab and force closes everytime
