Sounds For Kids is an app that can enable your children to learn the names and sounds of animals,
flowers, birds and other objects!
* Tap on a particular object to have the name of the object displayed and called out.
Following this, the sound of the object is played.
* Tap on the icon on the right side of the screen to display more images of the same object, so that your child doesn't get bored!
* The app is not limited to English! Navigate to the “Language settings” menu to choose from a variety of languages! :

fantastic application, my son can't leave us for silent moment, all the time we have to know how does Chick sound and how bell rings :), also i liked the ball effects. waiting for more apps..

The lite version is seriously lacking... there is no language menu or volume adjustments, the screen won't even rotate; and there are only about 30 sounds to choose from, many which are very similar - not a lot of variety. The features that indicate you can turn off the words to make it a guessing game for kids isn't there either. I wanted to use this app in my sunday school class to teach 3-year-olds to appreciate their sense of hearing but I'm deleting this one and off to look for another, better app.

I will give it five stars of the ads were not there. Most of the ads have links that take you to a website or to play store to download something. Other than that it's a good app with nice pictures and sound that my kid enjoys pretty well
