This app absolutely sucks. For some reason you have to login, then go shop you have to login again. It takes forever for pages to load, and you can forget about actually clicking on an image or trying to filter your results. You will be there all day just waiting for it to decide what to do.

It says my account type is not supported. It's just a regular account, not sure why it won't work.

Cannot log on. I have a regular credit line. Not the fresh start program but it says mt account cannot be used with the app. Can you answer or fix this?

My account is not supported with this app . I don't know why. I have a normal account .

Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with!

I can never just sign-in using my pin.why is it even an option if I can't sign-in that way?! smh

Have done business with them in the past and loved them then. I trust them to keep their word. The fact that you can build your credit while buying things you wouldn't otherwise haven't been able to afford is awesome. Thanks Fingerhut for being there for people like me!!!!

Been dealing with them for 3 years. Had no credit now it's fairly good. I started with the catalog first then downloaded the app just to pay my bill, still order online tho and It works great no problems here. I don't think online is a place to start, i suggest the catalog first.

Their prices are some what higher than the store prices. But every one is out to make a buck which is fine. I will say this about returning stuff. They do a good job of handling the return quickly and let you know in an email. I think sometimes they send out too many emails. But all in all its an ok web site and helps to improve your credit rating.

Scam!! Even though I had it set up as auto pay, they managed to screw up 2 months then said sorry, you didn't "graduate" but we'd be happy to sell you more **** at rediculouly high prices so I could try again. Don't trust them!

I love to buy items in this company .i am a customer for 10 years.and I love it .everything that I bought come in time they send you am email when your item come out from the company .so you could know where your item is at all times. If I buy an item and I don't want it you could exchange it for another item .or get your refund.in other worlds I love FINGERHUT.

If ordering, this app is great. However when making payments it doesn't always show what is already scheduled. You have to go searching for this aspect of the app. But it is there, just hidden behind payments. Tap the very top bar that doesn't look like it is colored. That's Scheduled Payments. Thanks

Honestly i thought this app would also be where you could shop from too not open a second window to whatever browser i have. Another thing, warehouse store 101 keep electronics in stock especially around the holidays. All in all the only thing I really hate is having to open an internet browser to go shopping. Probably going to back to Amazon honestly. Thanks for the credit but I am not going to use it ever.

Fingerhut has been around many moons! In my younger days, when i was starting my own family, we needed things for our home, but couldn't afford it. Fingerhut saved us! Although you end up paying more with interest, it gives people the ability to live better by making payments, rather than having to have all the money up front. Thanks Fingerhut!

The tracking sucks, the products suck, and after I receive my tv I will never order anything through you guys again. They have cheap fall apart crap, I am starting to wonder if i will receive the item in one piece. Amazon is way better and faster. Forget these guys and the credit. All around horrible service. Does the managment know they have idiots for shipping? I am completely dissatisfied with my whole fingerhut experience and will convince all my friends and family to shop elsewhere.

Fingerhut charged me even after I fully paid them off and the bank teller agreed with me that they tried to fraud me. My payments were never late so why try to screw me over Fingerhut? I'll never use your service ever again. My availabile balance was 0.00 after I paid them off by the way

In beginning I thought this app was great but if you don't use it for sometime . The app will not let you login saying that your username and/or password don't exist. So I forced to go through the main website to make simple payment on my account. My username and password works.Just so useless and sad.

Everytime I try to login it says to upgrade I hit ok and it brings me here but no button to upgrade, just open or uninstall....I can't use my app! Will adjust rating when I can use my app again. It's a great tool to quickly make my monthly payment and keep track of where my account stands.

It's a great catalog to use and buy whatever I want but it would be nice if it didn't just send me to the browser to buy stuff. It feels more like a shortcut to the website than an app. And although you can pay your balance on the app, half the time it will not process your card on the app. You have to use browser to pay which isn't a big deal to begin with though.

OK I want everyone to scroll through all of the comments, then I want you to notice that Fingerhut has not thought, not even one time to respond to any body's comments, therefore I think that we can probably come to the conclusion that Fingerhut just doesn't give a damn if we are unhappy or not. They don't care if their app works or not, they don't care if their app makes no sense , seeing how all it really does (when working ) is takes you to the browser anyway.

Shop should be integrated into the app. Loading times can be slow on their mobile website. The app feels pointless if it just opens the site in my browser. To the people complaining about the company and not the app, this is not your soapbox.

They don't help you with credit they make it worse. They don't report the payments you make on time and they leave your balance high on your credit report and never change it to after you pay it off. But be late guarantee they will report that. Lame ass company. Closing my account as soon as I pay it off

Ordered a treadmill and it didnt work when i received it so they sent me parts to fix it, which didn't solve the issue. I returned the item on Jun 18th and still have not received my refund because according to them it takes longer to refund to a bank than to credit back to fingerhut acct. 28 days and counting. They're quick to take my money but want to take forever to give it back. Fingerhut is garbage.

logged in and told me i don't have a valid fingerhut account. two months ago it let me pay on my account with no problems. no late payments and the app calls the account not valid. stick to paying your fingerhut by computer because this app is horrible now.

I strongly recommend you find a different place to buy what ever it is your looking for. There prices are insane higher then anywhere else that the product is sold and the products them selfs do not come with a manufacturer warranty. I bought a pair of turtle beach elite 800x and the sound became distorted. I called turtle beach and they told me they can't do anything because fingerhut is not a listed retailer. I called fingerhut and because I'm passed the 90 days they can't see help me.

I love the shop. So much to choose from! And so many perks complaining about the high prices, but the interest is added into it since you are buying it with credit. But even with that, the prices of some things are still pretty good.
