ServIT equips authorized technicians of Blue Star’s Customer Service operation to track, respond and service customer requests/complaints. The app enables the technicians to be up to date on their call requests and respond to customers in quick time. An in-built bar code scanner and camera helps the technician to capture the equipment’s serial number and its image.

There are few important points that need to be updated. No material details can be uploaded after chamging status to material request peding. No remarks and additional remarks are there where we can mention additional details on the complaint. If a status of complaint is changed in mobile app and closed thru computer or by Blue star that complaint remains in mobile app and will not be able to remove from app. It will be easy and convenient for us if this app is made fully functional as used on pc.
