This app is a collection of Augmented Reality Experiences that allow you to view an amazing new property development in Beecroft, NSW, in 4D. It is designed to be used during the property presentation period of August-December 2014. For a preview, download the sample brochure inside the app and scan it to activate a full 3D experience.
This collaboration between Caxton Group, McGrath Real Estate and Blue Star Interactive is a framework for giving potential investors a transparent, immersive and memorable experience of inspecting property off-the-plan. The activations are on the site of the property in Chapman Ave, at the Sales Centre in Beecroft Village Shopping Centre and on Out-Of-Home Billboards around the region.

The app asked me to watch 30s video while waiting for the 4D model. Watched it 3 times under full bar WiFi and almost gave up. But after it's finally loaded, it was fantastic! Wasnt able to see 360c nor could i zoom in, but lots of view points on the floor plan and gave us a clear idea of the property, very impressive! I guess if the developer cut down the data package slimer, it would be a 5 stars easily. The creepy footstep sounds can be totally cut out. Overall, a very nice app, hope it couldload faster.
