TBOX - Clean and Organized SMS

Would be nice to have a popup and to not just see the business and personal tab along the top. Maybe use the number of new or unread messages i.e family (5) buisness (3) then I can rate it a 10 but having to go in and out of a side panel just 2 see messages. Then it would be nice to be able to delete what you do not need on the side panel i.e the travel etc I would like to be able to move the Family up verses having it on the bottom and add what i like two have along then side in order

Great App. Categorized all messages properly. OTP archival feature is nice. Main missing feature is replying to business SMS e.g. sending some request to Airtel through SMS and selecting response options through SMS. Request integration with Google Now to show events like upcoming train/bus/flight and bill payment date. UI can be more intuitive. Sorely needs an SMS backup feature to make it complete.

It's a great app in theory and has a lot of potential, but ux is lacking and has some weird quirks. It works but could flow better and be more feature rich without being cluttered. Would love to help

Nice app , but UI might be a bit more better , also sms takes some time to get into the inbox specially for OTP , It must be made some fast ... Excellent app , Working Better than Other SMS Categorise App , which deliver SMS after 2-3 mins ...

Not intuitive, No manual, no help, sent email to developer got address reject back, downloaded to try and deleted after one frustrating hour

Nice App. Working fine on my Samsung handset. But on MI handset it only fetches personal messages. No commercial sms like BANK etc. Also not synced with system messenger. Both side need to be deleted or read separately.

1 major flaw. The business and personal tab feature if very nice and i can put what i need in the business tab to see my contacts but thats all i can do is SEE my contacts. You have alot of nice features to send the messages somewhere but you cant reply to the text messages ive looked forever to find a way to message back contacts from the business tab with great frustration i decided to write this review because its the main purpose why i got this in the first place and my business contacts are neatly organized in business but i cant reply back i have to use my stock messenger to just reply to them.

A much needed *smart* SMS inbox, with folders and filters, which auto-magically cleans, sorts, and tidies up your SMS, like they were e.mails Very happy to find something I have been looking for something since I switched to smartphones; I couldn't get why they had still a dumb SMS inbox! Ditched a couple of other apps for SMS cleanup/ordering, and set it a my default SMS app.

Overall satisfied with whatever features that are working but few basics are not right. 1. Upon installing the app, the conversations with contacts are split into 2 threads: one for sent to contact and for received. sent messages are grouped under contract with Name and received messages with contact number. This is a major and needs to be fixed. 2. The new message notification doesn't always dismissed and unread count on icon didn't get updated correctly. There are many more improvements but can't list all

It is a good app and serves the purpose. But issues found, Some messages received are not showing in tbox but showing in message app. Business and personal some times swaps. Delete need to be managed well from notifications. Performances must be tuned well.

(1) When I read/delete a message directly in my system inbox, its not reflected in the tbox inbox whereas the reverse is working fine. (2) Everytime I delete a message from tbox inbox, I have to check the box to delete it from system inbox as well, if this option can be handled in some common setting, it would help a lot.

So far it is the best that offers organization in your text messaging. I want to be able to decide what is business and what is personal however! The whole reason I downloaded it was to organize my "business" contacts and know who I need to contact with what each week, as a life coach. I feel things like shopping and bank stuff is personal, not business. Also, I miss being able to customize the backgrounds and such.

It seems enticing with its smart labels but I can't get it to stay open for even a minute. It just crashes every time

Really an awesome app.. In the app description it is mentioned that a particular category can be password protected and I do not find that option. Is that option yet to be enabled?

Its neat but not elegant. Need lot of improvement in design.

Good job. My suggestion is here is there should be a copy/paste option for emergency part text copy. Please incorporate it.

Why no options for sounds? It has only default notification sound inbuilt with no option to change it.

Tried the 'Terms and Conditions' link that shows up on the splash screen when you open for the first time? Takes me to a page not found :). Post install, it does not remember my config to make this the default or read the earlier messages even after the necessary permissions in place.

To be clear, this is the best app of its kind so far that I can find and I will keep using it, but it doesn't properly sync contact names, it separates conversations so you can only see one side at a time, you can only apply 1 label, and the business metagroup automatically sorts itself completely wrong with no way to correct it. (It should be a manual categorization and filtering) They got so much right though. I truly hope they fix these basics. It has the potential to be the best sms app out there.

The app is exactly what I was searching for. Does most of its job well. Some of my contacts, even though they're saved in my phone, it puts them in business when they need to be in personal. It also doesn't show their names but shows as numbers. Also, it shows sent messages in business and received in personal, not as a personal thread for these specific contacts. I hope the developer fixes the bugs. Looking forward to use this app for a really long time.

All the features are great except pop-up options for new messages. I have to open the app in order to read messages. It will be great if this app UI has more themes other than default. Looking forward to better updates in future.
