It's not working properly. The staff from the coffee shop tried for around 5-10mins to redeem an offer and no success. The application is very slow and needs loading time for everything you want to do.

Every time I attempt to log in, I get an error message telling me my details cannot be located even though I have registered beforehand. This problem seems to be happening throughout Richard Huish College as well. Please fix this ASAP.

Slow, clunky UI keeps me from using the app as a payment method after the freebie - which defeats the effort put in getting customers on board. There's something fundamentally unnerving about trusting an app with such incomplete experience with my topped-up finances so for now I keep paying for my coffee as before.
