KBS weather forecast with sign

With this app, you can watch the latest weather forecast of Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) with sign language animation.
This app translates the DTV closed captions to Korean sign language (KSL) and presents them with 3D avatar animation.
There may be errors in the machine translation and the video transmission. We will try to make the service more stable.
Please notice that the research related to this app is to provide even when there is no human translator available. It is not possible for the machine translation to replace human interpreters.
This app downloads sign language motion data at the first launch, so please launch the app using Wi-Fi at the first time.
