Japanese: The Game - Companion

Would you like to learn Japanese from the comfort of your home and enjoy playing cards at the same time by yourself or with other people? Learn Japanese easily with the Japanese: The Game card game. This is a companion app that works with the card game, allowing you to pronounce the words correctly and learn a few things about Japan at the same time! Scan cards from card decks or get the print-and-play version from http://www.japanesethegame.com and start learning Japanese easily today. It's suitable for adults and children alike!

This is a first release, and as such, at this stage it isn't perfect. Please read below.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- The tutorial will be added later and will offer tips on playing the card game
- The website button is disabled because a mobile-optimised version is not yet available
- Cards with black backgrounds or high contrast will be difficult to scan, but persist and it will scan eventually. This is not something I can rectify as I did not design the game and cards. Try different distances and see what works best
