Ever since the most recent update audio quality is terrible. Please fix.

Screen kept freezing and moderator sounded like a robot being paused and un-paused over and over again

I have a good voice! The first thing you should be the best. I have a great day and the other day and night. It is the most High School Musical instruments.

When i am in a meeting and open some other app, the meeting continues to run in the background and i can't end the call. Also if i open the bluejeans app, i can dial into meering again. But the existing meeting will continue to run. No way i am able to end it

Good app for being on the go

Was OK, but now starts by itself, does not launch property, then constantly restarts. Irritating and makes it almost impossible to use my phone. I need Bluejeans for work, so unfortunately cannot uninstall it. A message saying the developer may fix it next week is not good enough.

I like the app but am wondering if i am doing something wrong. When i am the moderator and i record the video, the people that are not the moderator could not hear me. I could hear them fine but while recording they couldn't hear me. We are attempting to use the app for video auditing purposes and it seems like the people that are holding the phone that is being recorded should be able to hear the moderator so that we as the moderator can give directions of where and what to video. Am i doing it wrong?

Hi.. i am using oneplus 3 mobile phone to connect meeting using app. People on other side always complian that they are not able to listen me or i am breaking. For me i can listen them and see video or presentation perfectly. I have tried all hi speed network like 4g .. wifi... Nothing helps its issue with app or app on my phone model.... Suggest you to make some correction on this regard so that i can give the rating this app deserves... Issue still persist..

Please add call back feature from app, it's ridiculous to expect user to enter the meeting number

Not able to generate audio code from the app for direct dialing.

I am using this app from few days now and I love to use it for my meeting. Only drawback that I see is I am unable to view recorded and shared videos. Would like to rate 5 if u get me this request done :)

I'm using this for work. Works pretty well, have no issues with it at all. Also, developers monitor reviews - they fixed the bug that I mentioned in the review before.

It becomes cumbersome because other platforms are trying to move to phone numbers and things like just enter a room name to join. It would make joining a meeting via bluejeans mobile client much easier if I just have to put the name of the meeting and I join in instantly after that . For my use case where I try to get 3-4 of my team members to join , I have to go back and forth to tell them the login details. The idea of passcode and meeting id is very unheard for a first time user using hangouts/Skype.

App keeps opening on its own. Doesn't load correctly. Just keeps loading then closing and loading back up. Very difficult to get it to close. Hope they fix it

Android app fails to connect to any meetings with latest update. Has made me late to several important meetings. How can you put out an app that wont connect to meetings? It just sticks at reconnecting. Fail.

Don't understand why my company moved to this 3rd rate platform. It upgraded and now is unusable. Was late for a meeting this morning because I depended on this piece of garbage. Company isn't smart enough to test before releasing. Go with a real company, like GoToMeeting.

Did not work on my S4 with Android 4.4. I can't connect to the meeting at all, it just keeps saying "Reconnecting"..

Blue Jeans makes me look like an idiot in front of my team. This is despite me having spent my entire life in tech. Standard conference bridge + Clearslide works way better. Unless of course you enjoy looking like an idiot.

I'm using this for work. It's mostly decent except one bug: it keeps playing dial in sound over conversation after connection is established. Happens so often so I dial in through the phone instead.

the tablet is a galaxy note 8, and all the control interface is in portrait. The video call does switch to landscape for the actual call (I hope you see this I think I accidentally deleted the previous review) update: after new release today still not fixed. BTW: no SIM card, it is a wifi only model

Strange that you ask for all the permissions up front now, instead of the Marshmallow approach of asking for permissions when people actually invoke the corresponding functionality for the first time. I don't want to expose my contacts if I'm never setting up a call.

Works well enough. More convenient than calling in, but it's a bit of a battery hog and has a tendency to open itself when my phone is locked, which is strange and annoying.

That's pretty big feature I'm still missing!

Would love to see chromecast support for sitting in on long meetings.

New release crashes on my Android and voice breaking happens all the time. I couldn't find a way to report this ossue to bluejeans support within in app which was possible in the older version.

Android version itself is pretty good. In general BJ (lol) has tons of network connection problems and sound quality is pretty bad.

Doesn't support my organization's authentication scheme (shibboleth).

Use it daily on multiple devices. Only as good as the network, but pretty awesome.

New UI is really nice

The video quality is #AWESOME!

Suck it hangouts! This has screen sharing and a few good modes for meeting viewing. Only issue I had is that I couldn't figure out how to mute the meeting - so I had to listen to the whole thing. Volume slider couldn't turn off audio.
