If you fell for their gift card and discounted trip for a sales pitch don't waste your time. It's NOT worth it. They ruined our trip in more ways than one. Pay full price for a regular hotel.

I can't get past the login page. As soon as I put my password, it says error. App not responding, then closes. I'd much rather use the app then call

App keeps crashing can't get past login page on app or their website. Kind of fishy if you ask me.

Great resources following the login page. Might be helpful to have a little more info prior to login for those interested but not yet owners.

Can't even get the app to open on my Droid Maxx. I would rather use an app than call, but it doesn't work, so guess I HAVE to call...

This has been greatly improved. Makes planning my trips so much easier...puts it right at my fingertips.

Immediately crashes upon logging in. Tried restarting phone & reinstalling app. Completely worthless from my experience.

Very easy to use and is perfect when you have time to explore on your tablet instead of having to make phone calls.

Unable to log into the app. Can't even get it to start.

I tried to book my hotel and I was locked into the first thing I clicked. I was not able to change my destination or my dates. I had to call to change my itinerary and they told me I had to pay a $50 cancellation fee.

This is junk. Installed and won't work. Crashes right after I logged in. If this app is any indication of the way their company is run we won't be buying anything. If you can't even get a mobile app right makes me think they can't run an ungodly expensive timeshare destination.

Just wanted to use it to confirm my reservation and it keeps crashing and wont confirm anything. Stupid
