폭스바겐 @ 유카로 어드바이저 어플 내 ‘온라인 정비예약’을 통해서는 엔진오일 및 오일필터, 에어클리너, 공기정화필터, 브레이크 패드, 와이퍼 블레이드인 소모성부품 교환 정비 서비스 예약을 요청할 수 있습니다. 온라인 정비예약을 통해 최대 3일 전 원하는 품목을 예약하면 고객에게 예약된 내용의 메시지가 전달 되며, 예약일 전 해당 서비스센터에서 고객에게 다시 한 번 확인 연락을 실시해, 서비스센터와 고객이 예약 정비내역에 대해 확인할 수 있습니다.
