HotBox Pizza App

Pathetic app that can't login or even display an order page, better off with a web browser it basically just provides a number to call.

They should consider adding a working order option to the app. Right now tapping order just loads a blank page. If I want the simplicity of ordering through an app, I'm not going to waste time on one that doesn't work. If I'm willing to call or even order through a regular web browser, there are much higher quality mom and pop options for me to choose from. In any case you lost a sale this evening and will continue to do so until this is fixed.

Couldn't load menu or order. App relies on mobile site in an iframe. Main thing this app does well is it can tell you about nearby locations and contact info... but so can Google maps.

Can't order through app at all, what's the point. Used to only have difficulties processing payments, now the order function brings up blank screen.

Umm, I am not sure what this is, "surley not an app" you can't order if it's all a blank screen" love the pizza though!

This app sucks. I tried to pay using a credit card, and it won't let me enter all of the info.

Why have an app for a pizza place if you can't actually order pizza?

I can't click on The Deal from the Deals. tab to order it. Plus the page is all screwed up when I'm logged in. I can't see anything or click on anything in the Order. tab. Love love the pizza. Please fix the app!

It worked the first time I downloaded it, and then it never worked again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but still does not work.

I've tried to use it about 5 times and end up having to call the store every time. I think of it as a game now to see how long I'll try to get it to work. Done. Game over.

Is this ever going to get fixed? I can start the order but can never check out. It's easier to just call.

I was hoping this would have made mobile ordering easier for HotBox as online ordering has, so far, been an exercise in frustration. Alas, the ordering component of this app is simply a portal to the mobile ordering site and the same flaws that exist. What I'd like to see is being able to sign into my mobile ordering account and NOT have to enter my address EVERY SINGLE TIME I want to order a pizza and THEN, after all is said and done, enter my account information to access my stored payment methods. The major chains offer what I seek, so surely, with time, HotBox can do so as well. There is much promise with this app, I just don't think it is quite there yet.

Just used this app to order. Nice clean interface.
