I wish there was an easier way to login, rather than a password. I think using the swipe method or entering a PIN would be more convenient.

This card don't have cash back at Walmart. I have two them keep getting my account mixed up every body don't accept it such a headache And customer service is rude they or not helpful..

The check deposit never works and customer service sucks.

Good app but when using on Note 8 (dual cameras) and trying to take a picture of a check can be a challenge as the picture isn't scaled correctly and blurry

I would give it 4 stars if they would allow fingerprint login like the iOS version allows... Otherwise, the app is fine.

Love the control this service gives you over your money.

I have switched to American Express Prepaid from another company and i can say that i have NEVER had a problem with any other PrePaid card companies. I spent about $33 at a restaurant and your company put a hold on my card for $40!? That was not your money to take so i will be sure to overdraw the card and never use it again in order to get my money back in the same manner as you stole it from me!

The Blue Bird card hands down is the easiest card to use and understand. There are no crazy hidden fees like Green dot has and I think we all know they just suck. Usally when a company has a good product they want to do an app and when you use the app just sucks. Blue Bird has done it right. The app has never failed me or my wife. Money transfer is very simple. I have never had any unexplained charge like if Bernie Madoff was managing my account. The app also allows me to do money to money transfer to any walmart. So the card and the app are the best combination from any company I have ever seen. If you have complaints about any of it then is your fault because it is the simplest card to use and the simplest app to navigate.

1.) Check cashing no longer works, gives error and tells you to cash elsewhere. WHAT?!?! 2.)Family Accounts- amounts shown in drop down menu are often incorrect. Directly after transferring money between accounts its 100% always incorrect.

Constant technical issues with adding funds from a linked debit card. One day it may work perfectly and the other 6 1/2 days of the week it's apologizing for the technical issue and why it can't fulfill the simple request it claims is easy & effortless.

I cannot access the check cashing part of the app. Every time I try I receive an error message that I have to update the app. It is updated and still cannot use it on my Samsung Galaxy S4. I used the app on my tablet and was able to access the check cashing portion but was unable to submit the voided check once I received approval. Now I cannot access the account through the phone number provided. I am told that my account has been closed for the check cashing portion. I was able to use it 2 weeks ago, but I can't this time. Very frustrating! I had no complaints until this happened.

No reason why this app doesnt have fingerprint technology by now . Iphone has it so why doesnt the android version ? Fingerprint scanners for android is not a new thing there's no excuse why i have to type in my password everytime to get in the app especially with the fact this is the only app i have to do this with . Its very frustrating , get it fixed.

Can you please add withdraw funds - transfer to an external account, like the website has? I have to use my browser to do this, which means there's no point in having the app. Thank you.

Not a debit card, no cash back at stores but cash at ATM and no fees or overdraft charges,, nice

I've tested this app out but I've noticed with American Express it lacks alot because of it. No Fingerprint, in the app no way to transfer to Bank account, you can on website. Bluebird should have been with MasterCard or Visa. Thus being able to use Android Pay etc. Also there was a issue with using the Routing Number and Account Number with companies and was applied late fees etc.. GREAT NO Fee's But leave AMEX switch to MasterCard/Visa let people actually use the routing number and account number. Create a savings account? Also change the debit design.

Think twice before using their mobile check cashing as it could totally screw you over. I submitted a check and was told it was approved both through the app and via email, all I had to do was send a picture of the check with void written across the front. I did that and only then did they decide to decline my check! (Again, this was after I had already been told it was approved!) Now I have A voided out check that can't be cashed anywhere, I have to wait until the check is reissued, and on top of all that I am being charged a stop payment and reissue fee! It wouldn't have been a big deal if they had declined the check before I voided it out, but they said it was approved! Worst. Service. Ever.

Pretty annoyed because i tried taking a picture of my check 2 days ago and this app is telling me it will take 48hrs to review it so annoyed its been past 48hrs now and still says tht

This app is great, but to get that fifth star it really needs fingerprint unlock support: developers, looking at you on that one.

Waiting on 150.50 deposit and login stopped working. Quick balance stopped working. Are you trying to rob me?

Check scanner is buggy. Customer service is slow, unknowledgable and they hang up on me most of the time.

I would give it 5 stars but it seems like you can do more on the desktop version in the mobile version more features there if you can add it to the mobile app it will be awesome just a suggestion

It would be better if it allowed you to get money back at the register.

I really enjoyed this app but I would like to have the ability to log in with my fingerprint scanner
