In 2010 Richa was awarded with the Amity Media Excellence Award for the Most Promising Young Female Journalist.
Her Show Zindagi Live on IBN 7 has thrice won The best talk show award by indiantelevision.com and twice zindagi live has won the Ladli Media Award for gender sensitivity given by UNFPA.
