Lockwatch - Thief Catcher

I got back my mobile (Galaxy S6 EDGE PLUS)! Just because of this App! The PHOTOS, LOCATION & SOUND RECORDING - all helped! I thank LOCKWATCH TEAM & Bangalore Police! I (my family and friends) just can't believe... As an photographer, I had very valuable shots! Once again thanks to all who worked to get it back. Prayers

God forbid to say I like this app. I didn't like this app at all, BUT I LOVE THIS APP. IT WORKS PERFECTLY. ITS MAGIC IS MORE POWER THAN THAT OF MERLIN... TO ALL THAT NEEDS SECURITY ON THEIR ANDROID PHONE, I WILL RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR YOU. IT MAKES MIRACLE. I SALUTE THE DEVELOPER OF THIS GREAT APP. I WISH I COULD GIVE IT 10 STARS... Boom what a superb app.. Silent and accurate. Well done to the development. Team. So simple but so useful. Not sure on its footprint as of yet but so far it looks good. Also just tested it, bare in mind that if you get the pass code right before 10 seconds has elapsed then the email of the image will not send. Paid for the premium features, well worth the money. Thank you. PS: Can i recommend a feature? The ability to begin recording audio from the phone and then have it sent to the email of choice, it's possible this will assist with identifying thieves. So far it works as described. Haven't used it long enough to report any bugs. But I will say the emails came through very quick. Like reported before, If you input the pattern within 10 seconds of the first attempt it will cancel the email. So far I really like the app. The premium version seems to have some extra protection as well like sound recording for 20 seconds.

as detailed in the app it works good just you have to do proper settings of app an it give good results an just more features can be introduced to free dev try if u can .. all around its really good... an dev cab you help to get me some software which ask password before hard reset directly form recovery mode bcz if its done the google account n all thief app get erased so its difficult to get phone back if lost . so get me rply if u can help

I forgot I installed this app. To my surprise and satisfaction it did indeed catch a photo of someone I know red handed. Only one thing.. This happened at about 1:30 am. I wish the pic wasn't so dark. However it does give the location of where the incident took place. So job well done!

I have a note 5 and It does not displayattach a photo tried all sorts - used to work ages ago on a s6. Please fix it's really annoying as this app is so kool. I will give 5 stars if you can fix ;)

Awesome app. Does what it says. Easy to install and use. Tested and it worked perfectly. My kid got his phone stolen yesterday. We got it back with a tracker, but the police could not do anything without proof. A picture is that proof. I will put this app on all of my family's phones. 5 stars!

I ever used this then I removed it, since I think Ido not need it. My house got robbery a month's ago. Decided to purchased and find it works very well. Wonder if it can record video on front camera and sent it to our email to know the thief and hopefull it can added with more function.

I have a sugestion though. It would be useful to be able to use your app for theft prevention also. If you could you add features/options like motion and unlock alert with sending thief's photo to e-mail, then it will really be a helpful all-in-one app. I hope you can do this and I will gladly give you a 5-star rating that you deserve.

I've been using this app for as long as I can remember.. at least 3 phones 4 years ish, highly recommended! Luckily never had my phone stolen but have got pictures of son and pocket reliably..

This app provides such a fundamental capability it should just be baked in to each phone. Since it isn't, I have to say thanks for such a great app. So far, I've never had to rely on it to get my phone back, but I'm relieved to know it's lurking on my phone, ready to spring into action should someone try to access my phone.

Great app for that extra peace of mind. Should my phone go missing or someone steal it, with one incorrect swipe gesture I will get an email with their photo and information of the location. I tried this out with myself and it works perfectly.

I did a number of tests. At first I thought it didn't work at all, but then noticed that if you enter correct code within a minute of getting it wrong it cancels the email, which is clever. However it doesn't seem to always send the email despite that. Out of 4 tests, it sent one, and used the wrong camera so took a photo from the rear camera. Better than nothing but not reliable.

After seeing this app livestream from a buddy and on the news I was eager to tested it out. Obviously my new phone didn't come equipped with this security app. So instead i downloaded this app on googlePlay and tested it out. Everything went smoothly and flawlessly. So far so good. 5☆

Why sometimes i get the following message instead of the photo in the mail: "Unfortunately a photo could not be captured this time." ? I am using the free version, i will have the same issue if i upgrade?

It works! Make sure you keep the email first assigned. Notice is near instant for me. Make sure to keep notifications off on locked screen so the perpetrator is unaware . Moto X Pure

I've had my phone stolen numerous times and always wished I had an idea of who the thief was. Thank you for creating this app in case it happens again.

Sent me emails at first, but never captured a picture. After a few tries to get it to work properly, it seemed to stop working completely. And yes, I waited before entering the correct password. Never sent me an email again. Deleting.

Does exactly what it says. I cannot fault it. It even takes some fantastic drunken selfies for you to look at from trying to get into your phone after one too many beers

Awesome app! Hope I never need it! I have been wondering however, will police really use to retrieve your stolen or lost phone? I mean it's hard enough to get them to take actions for other infractions let alone your stolen or lost phone! Is the picture and location admissible evidence? How should you let the law know about the offense and lockwatch evidence? Call them? Goto the police station? Hmmmm.

I have been using this app for 127 days. Its a great way of protecting ur phone. But also to capture your friends doing something stupid while unlocking your phone.....

When I downloaded this I didn't believe it to actually work. But someone tried unlocking my phone.and after three attempts it sent a picture of them to my email!

Great security app for Android. Tested with a work device due to theft. This has detoured many and even enables the ability to track location and capture a picture of anyone trying to use it who is not authorized.

This app is awesome... Bt sometimes it do not mails the captured pic when data is turned of...... There should be an additional feature that allows to capture pic always even when data is off and mail whenever data is turned on...

Absolutely awesome. My kids have tried to get in my phone and it took their picture also has helped me catch them in lies about messing with my phone. Same with the boyfriend

some one stole my phone and this app took a great picture of the person. I send the picture to the police officer and they are searching for them. The only down thing is that they turned the location off and i can't get the location on it now.

Love this app! I leave my phone just laying around just to see who i can trust as of now i have like 20 wrong attempts from my girl friend

If you like your factory lock screen, but wish it would take pics of people trying to snoop on your phone. With this app it allows you to keep using your stock lock screen. It takes good pics of intruders/thiefs with a detailed map of location, then sends it to your email. It's quick & easy to set up and takes up very little storage(less than 1MB).

Really neat app, i always wanted one of these apps and this one is concise, accurate, and does what it says. It will honestly probably only get photos of my friends trying to get into my phone but its still very useful security if my phone does ever get stolen.

Update... Sends an email every tenth or so time. The other times it just asks you to make sure it has the right email address. Used to work great.

Anybody who tries to get in your phone is totally in oblivious that pics are being captured. Talk about some funny pics!!!

Now it rarely takes a photo when the wrong password is entered so it's basically useless. Need a fix

None of feature is working. Regretting purchase. It's working fine on other mobile one plus 3t but not on my lenovo zuk z2 plus

Just installed it on my phone & did a quick test & shock horror it worked. Hopefully I will never have a problem but good to know that I have this on my phone looking out for me

I tried many apps but none of the apps took photos as clear as this one does more than what it says and the location feature is incredible!!

Very nice app. I check it applying wrong pass word, it really send my photo and exact location to my gmail. Its amazing. My mobile can be trance out easily, if stolen.

Got a bunch of awkward pictures of my friends after tricking them into trying to open my phone. Great app!
