Vaya Usage

Working like a treat now. Love it.

The widget is flippin' awesome. The whole app is very useful with multiple Vaya accounts. If I had just one account I'd still prefer this, since using a browser to check balances is tedious. Setting it up correctly took a few attempts but was worth it in the end.

Doesn't work! Used to work well on my previous phone, but not the new phone. Have entered account details and it shows the remaining days but nothing else. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Have emailed twice asking for help and been ignored. It just will not update and have tried multiple times for 8 days.

EDIT: changed my rating after the developer released a bug fix and went to the effort of replying to my review - I do not usually expect nor receive this kind of service but it is lovely to receive it. Used to work on my old phone (Samsung s6) . Now on s7 it doesn't update regularly and when a month refreshes... Pretty much useless now

Never seen an app as bad as this. It was not guaranteed update my usage successfully on my old phone, but at least it would work after trying hundreds attempts. But when I installed it on my new phone, nothing shows! Even I entered all my details, still shows nothing!

Was working great for ages. Appears to have died on Australia day 2017. I've cleared the app data, I've reinstalled... just won't update anymore. I assume Vaya changed their members page and broke things for the app.

Often takes days or weeks to update usage data. Only know this once you open the widget. Has cost me excess data fees more than once. Today is 2Feb. App usage data still shows 25Jan data even after "refreshing" the app.

Was working great for years, then a week ago the data usage just froze and the only thing updating was the days. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing's improved

Stopped updating my data usage. Not even sure if the days left are working correctly. Pretty useless the way it is. Have deleted and re installed but still not working. A working updat would be appreciated.

Used to work well but now does not update usage. Have to wait for an upgrade or use the other awful vaya app in the interim.

Crashed. Stopped working a few weeks ago as others have commented. Great til then. Submitted crash report but no response from Stellarhand. Disappointing, because it was a great app.

The widget doesn't update automatically, need to open the app every time and wait 10+ seconds for it to update the usage. Hardly convenient.

it was working until around end of January where it just stopped updating..... Last usage update was 26th of Jan and force updating gives no errors for both services

Like many others: usage update was working well until a few days back. Note the whole thing is just a waste of space. It claims usage data is updated, when it really isn't.

it never updates, no matter how many times I reinstall It used to be OK, now it's rubbish. Don't bother trying it. Reports go unheeded. Maybe it should be removed from store.

was working great previously but it stopped working since January!! i uninstalled and reinstalled it and still wasnt working! such a disappointment

Stopped working for me since upgrading to Android 7.1. Was a great app hence 3 stars. Please fix it. Credit to the developer for fixing the issue.

The issues have been fixed and now works on Marshmellow. Great app.

Great App. Update Works. Feedback from dev great. ★★★★★ Account name can be anything - so I've got Deal Name + Monthly Pay Date + Invoice Date. I could have put the [vaya] support number instead, or anything else.

Handy app for rough usage meter. Usage still delayed but that seems to be the case even on the main site. Now fixed and working properly again, thank you!

This is a brilliant little app for Vaya users! The latest update fixed an issue where I couldnt get any data when I upgraded my phone. Awesome work guys!!!!

Great guide for Vaya users to work with. Good service provider too! Recent edit, Feb 2016 - my widget is no longer updating usage. My Android runs Lollipop. Can you please assist. Further edit, Stellar hand updated app to support Vaya's new website. Up and running again! Thank you guys!!!
